The third round of Europa Conference League fixtures is set to take place later today, which marks the halfway point of the competition.
Due to the fact that there are only six rounds of fixtures during the league phase of the Conference League, compared to eight in the Europa League and Champions League, the need for results is far greater.
Flying the flag for the Premier League this season are Crystal Palace, who are in need of a result after losing their last European match against AEK Larnaca.

AEK Larnaca vs Aberdeen – AEK Larnaca to win (1/2)
After beating the pre-tournament favourites, Crystal Palace, away from home on matchday two, AEK Larnaca will have their tails up for the visit of Aberdeen this week.
The Cypriot side couldn't have asked for a better fixture to follow up that win over Crystal Palace, either, with Aberdeen enduring a torrid campaign.
Not only are the Dons currently the worst-performing team in the competition after losing both of their Conference League matches so far, but they are also one of the worst-performing teams in the Scottish Premiership, picking up just ten points from their opening ten matches.
AEK Larnaca, on the other hand, have won both of their European fixtures this season and are now unbeaten in their last five matches in all competitions (four wins and one draw).
Crystal Palace vs AZ Alkmaar – Crystal Palace to win (-1 handicap) (23/20)
While they were beaten by AEK Larnaca last time out in Europe, that should turn out to be nothing more than an anomaly for Crystal Palace as they navigate their first-ever European campaign.
The Eagles have been impressive across all competitions so far this season, and they have been particularly impressive at home. In fact, that defeat to Larnaca was their first home defeat in all competitions since February.
When Palace win, they usually win relatively comfortably, too. Their last three victories in all competitions have all come by a margin of two goals or more, which bodes well for Oliver Glasner's team on Thursday night.
AZ Alkmaar, meanwhile, had a horror show on their last away European trip, losing 4-0 to AEK Larnaca.
Dynamo Kyiv vs HSK Zrinjski Mostar – Dynamo Kyiv to win (13/20)
Dynamo Kyiv are in desperate need of a win on Thursday, after losing both of their opening two matches in the Conference League this season.
The Ukrainian side are at a disadvantage as their ‘home' matches aren't actually played at home for obvious reasons, but they should have far too much strength for HSK Zrinjski Mostar this week.
The Bosnian side aren't used to playing teams at this level, and fell to a 1-0 defeat to Mainz in their last European away match.
