Wimbledon Day 14 Predictions

Best Wimbledon Predictions Today

Here are our top betting suggestions for day eight of Wimbledon as fourth round action concludes on Monday.

Rybakina to Beat Kalinskaya 2-0 @ 8/11

Seeds have been falling left, right and centre in the women’s singles event at Wimbledon this week. Elena Rybakina is one of the few who has remained firm, and is now the heavy favourite to claim her second title at SW19 in the last three years.

So far this tournament, Rybakina has been in red-hot form. Barring a stumble against Laura Siegemund in the second round where she dropped a set, Rybakina has been almost unplayable. Just ask Caroline Wozniacki, who could only win one game against the Kazakh in their third round clash on Saturday.

Kalinskaya and Rybakina have played competitive matches before, with the head-to-head sitting at 2-2. However, they’ve never met before on grass, a surface which heavily favours Rybakina. Expect her to get through this fixture with little issue to book a sport in the quarter-finals.

Zverev to Defeat Fritz 3-1 @ 3.75

Alexander Zverev and Taylor Fritz are two low-key title threats who are remaining under the radar so far this Wimbledon. The pair have a fascinating rivalry, with Zverev having won five of the eight times they’ve met. However, since 2018, neither have won consecutive matches against the other.

Zverev has moved through the first three rounds of Wimbledon with ruthless efficiency. The German is yet to drop a set, having seen off Roberto Carballes Baena, Marcos Giron and Cam Norrie in straights.

Fritz has been similar. The American has dropped just the one match–in a fiery encounter against Arthur Rinderknech–and has otherwise seen off Christopher O’Connell and No. 24 seed Alejandro Tabilo.

We expect Zverev to edge out a tight clash here. He’s won both of the pair’s two meetings on grass, though each have gone to four or five sets. Back a repeat to occur here.

De Minaur to Beat Fils 3-0 @ 21/20

Finally, we see Australian Alex de Minaur ending young Frenchman Arthur Fils’ run in Wimbledon. The Aussie is simply too quick on the grass and has a very level head, while Fils is playing in his first-ever Grand Slam round of 16. Expect him to get through the match in straights.
