Wednesday’s Top Tips: Crucial Week Ahead in Euro 2024 Qualifying

There’s some crucial Euro 2024 Qualifiers coming up this week for the home nationals, none more so than Scotland’s Group A clash with Spain where a point would all but secure a place in Germany next summer.

Steve Clarke’s men are 11/4 to escape Seville without defeat but it’ll be a tall order against a Spanish side who look like they’ve put defeat at Hampden behind them.

On Friday Republic of Ireland are on their last sip of their last drink after last orders has been called in the last chance saloon. Wales’ fate is still in their own hands. They’ve two massive home matches still to come against Group D leaders Turkey (November 21) and Croatia (Sunday). Win both of those and they’ll be right in the mix for qualification.

The Welsh have a friendly with Gibraltar tonight and that could provide the perfect morale-booster before Luca Modric and co. roll in to town.

As you’d expect they’re a very short price at 1/25.

Gib have failed to score in their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign, conceding 17 in five games so far and have lost three or more in each match. Wales to go one better and hit four is even money which might be the best option if you’re having a bet in this one.
