Tuesday’s Football Tips: Do or die for Copenhagen at AGF in bid to keep Danish title hopes alive

FC COPENHAGEN need a win tonight to keep their faint title hopes alive in Denmark and they should get it against an AGF side in terrible form.

Last night's results have left Jacob Neestrup's men four points behind Brondby and Midtjylland at the top with Copenhagen having just two games left to make up the deficit.

Title glory seems unlikely but Copenhagen will be looking to keep the pressure on heading into the final day by winning in Aaarhus.

Since the league split into the Championship round, AGF have been whipping boys and they sit fifth after losing five games in a row.

AGF vs FC Copenhagen Top Betting Tips

With AGF having nothing to play for and in dismal form, it's no surprise to see them as 6/1 outsiders with Bet365. FC Copenhagen are just 9/20 but backing them to be winning at half-time and full-time boosts the odds to 6/5.

Neestrup's side won 3-2 when these sides faced off in the Danish capital last month and Orri Oskarsson was the hero as he scored a hat-trick. The Icelandic kid is 13/8 for another goal tonight.

AGF have only drawn one blank in that five-game losing run so combining BTTS and over 2.5 goals could pay off at 7/5.

IFK Gothenburg vs Mjallby Top Tips

The Swedish top flight is still in the early stages but fallen giants IFK Gothenburg already find themselves in trouble, sitting second bottom after nine games.

Tonight they host a Mjallby side who have got off to a decent start, losing just twice to sit in fourth place. Anders Torstensson's side are unbeaten in four, winning three of those games, so look good value at 11/5 for a win tonight.

Gothenburg have collected just one point at home so far and scored only once so I'm surprised to see them as 6/5 favourites. If you want to play it a bit safer then Mjallby are 5/4 in the draw no bet market.

Over 2.5 goals has landed in five of the last six for Mjallby so that bet could be worth a punt at 43/40, even though Gothenburg have been struggling to score at home.

Lausanne Sports vs Grasshoppers Betting Tips

The Swiss league season comes to an end tonight with the final round of fixtures in the bottom half of the table. But there's nothing at stake with Lausanne already relegated and Grasshoppers guaranteed to finish in the relegation play-off place.

The first leg of that play-off takes place on Saturday so it will be interested to see if Grasshoppers go for a win tonight to build some momentum or field a weakened side to give some players a breather.

The bookies think it will be the latter as they make Grasshoppers 29/10 outsiders but this game means nothing to a Lausanne side already doomed.
