So, football might well be ‘coming home' after all? England's win over Denmark set up a classic Euro 2020 Final on Sunday against two-time winners Italy and it should be a cracker.

The Danes proved worthy semi-finalists at Wembley but wilted under heavy England pressure, eventually succumbing to a “debatable” penalty which was scored on the rebound by Harry Kane in extra-time.

Home advatage seems to be shaping the betting market for the match with England installed as early 8/5 favourites to win inside 90 minutes with the Italians chalked up at 9/5 with Bet365. On the outright market Gareth Southgate's men are 4/5 to lift England's first major trophy in 55 years whereas the Azzurri are even money to end their 31 year wait to be crowned European Champions again.

Harry Kane's goal against Denmark moved him to within one of Patrick Shick and Cristiano Ronaldo and he's now 7/2 to finish the tournament as top scorer.

England's most influential player has been Raheem Sterling and the Man City star is 7/4 to be named Player of the Tournament. Italy's defensive rock Giorgio Chiellini could be a lively outsider at 10/1. The 36-year-old has been magnificent for the Italians and if he goes on to lift the trophy following another towering defensive display he won't be far away from the minds of those who decide the winner of the individual accolade.

Whilst you buckle yourself in for wall-to-wall build up ahead of the final there's another classic to look forward to on Sunday morning in Brazil. The hosts will meet old rivals Argentina in the final of the Copa America after Emiliano Martínez saved three penalties in last night's shoot-out to book their place in the final. That should be another classic.

Ahead of that this week we have the start of the Scottish football season with the Premier Sports Cup kicking-off on Friday night.

Was on the NETBET 30-1 sign up special for £1 over 0.5 goals in last nights match. I’ve only been credited with £1.10 😂 did anyone else do it and if so why has it not been credited?

Hiya lads just a general question for any of ya regarding deposits/withdrawals , do you keep a balance in most accounts you use ? Withdraw/deposit any winnings at the end of the week/month ?? Or just deposit and withdraw for each bet , just interested to know how some of you lads do it ??

    • crofty 3 years ago

      Hi Deano

I think it’s all down to your personal circumstances but I tend to have an amount I will always draw down to at the end of each day.
I find this way I don’t get carried away and bet more points than I usually would or should which is what I would do if I have a bigger balance in those accounts.

It’s what works for you really I’d suggest.

In my case, is deposit and withdraw for each bet to avoid betting on my wins so I don’t lose it all.

    • Deano86 3 years ago

Like Crofty says i know everyone as different ways of going about it but was just curious as to how other folk do it…….
