Manchester City are in the middle of a surprise slump and if they lose at Brighton and Hove Albion today it will be the first time Pep Guardiola has suffered four successive defeats.
City's first loss to Spurs in the EFL Cup wasn't really a shock as they rested lots of big hitters but most of the big boys were back for the league loss at Bournemouth and Champions League chasing by Sporting Lisbon.
That 4-1 loss in Lisbon has set alarm bells ringing and Brighton will be out to take advantage when they host the reeling champions this evening.

Brighton and Hove Albion vs Manchester City top betting tips
While Manchester City are out of form, the same could be said for Brighton, who have gone three games without a win in all competitions. Two of those defeats came to high-flying Liverpool in league and cup but the Seagulls played well at Anfield and were a little unlucky to lose.
I still fancy Guardiola's side to bounce back though as that scoreline in Lisbon was pretty misleading. City could have been three or four ahead before Sporting got their equaliser and the normally reliable Erling Haaland also missed a penalty, busting Tuesday's Deadly Double in the process.
The champions still have a strong starting XI so I'm to combine a City win with over 2.5 goals at 13/10 with Betano. Going for corners has been a good strategy this term in City's games and over 11.5 flag kicks looks good at 13/10 with Betano.
Liverpool vs Aston Villa top betting tips
Aston Villa are another team in the midst of a slump so the last thing they need right now is a trip to Anfield to face red-hot Liverpool.
Unai Emery's side made a strong start to the season but they come into this game off the back of three successive defeats to Crystal Palace, Tottenham and Club Brugge.
Liverpool, in contrast, top both the Premier League and Champions League tables so it's no surprise to see them as Betano's 2/5 favourites for another win.
Aston Villa sat back at Tottenham last weekend and it took Spurs a while to break them down. Emery could use similar tactics here so I'm backing most goals to come after the break at 19/20 with Betfred.
Curtis Jones has been in fantastic form of late for Liverpool and if the midfielder starts he looks good value for a shot on target at 11/10 with Bet365.
Wolverhampton Wanderers v Southampton top betting tips
There's a huge game at the foot of the Premier League today as the bottom two slug it out at Molineux. Both Wolves and Southampton have picked up a bit of form in recent games so it's a tricky one to call.
Betano make Gary O'Neil's side 10/11 favourites with home advantage while Saints look a little overpriced at 13/5. So I'm steering clear of backing a result and going for goals instead in a game that promises thrills.
Both managers like to attack and each side has only managed to keep one clean sheet all season. So it bodes well for action at both ends and combining BTTS with over 2.5 strikes pays 20/21 at Bet365.
Matheus Cunha has been the main man for Wolves this season and the Brazilian looks worth a punt at 6/4 for anytime scorer.
Aberdeen v Dundee top betting tips
It will be interesting to see how Aberdeen respond today in the SPFL Premiership after being crushed 6-0 by Celtic in the League Cup semi-final last weekend.
That was Jimmy Thelin's first defeat since taking charge and if they bounce back with a win today it will take the Dons top before the Hoops head to Kilmarnock tomorrow for what looks like a tricky game.
Betano make Aberdeen 3/5 favourites with home advantage but it won't be easy against a Dundee side who will have a go.
The Dark Blues have been one of the most entertaining teams in Scotland this season, with BTTS and over 2.5 goals landing in 11 of their games. Combining those bets here pays 43/40 in a Betano bet builder.
Six of the last nine meetings have ended in a one-goal winning margin so that's another bet that appeals at 6/4 with McBookie.
