Leading the way is Aussie, Cameron Smith on -13 after 36 holes, followed by Cameron Young on -11 with The Caddy's headline tip, Rory McIlroy tucked in behind, joint third, alongside Victor Hovland. 45 players are within ten shots of the lead including The Caddy's other two tips, Xander Schafelle (-5) and Sam Burns (-3) but day three should see the field thin out a bit.

The Scottish League Cup is, as expected, is proving difficult for punters. Premier League clubs Hibs, Killie, St Johnstone, Livingston, Ross County and St Mirren have all failed to beat lower league opposition already.
St Johnstone could be the most vulnerable this afternoon on their trip to Palmerston. Queen of the South scored a fine 3-0 at Ayr United in midweek while the Saints were struggling to a 0-0 draw and ultimately a 5-4 penalty defeat to Annan. 7/10 looks too short be backing Calum Davidson's side who look like their carrying over their poor form from last season in to this.
It's barely been profitable getting on board with many sides that are odds-on but Arbroath should deliver at FC Edinburgh. Dick Campbell's side swatted aside Cowdenbeath in midweek to follow up a good win over St Mirren last Saturday. They can keep that run going with another win today.
Doubling them with Kilmarnock pays 5/4 for an away day double. Derek McInnes' side make the trip to Montrose and will be keen to bounce back from a penalty shoot-out defeat to Partick Thistle.
Kelty Hearts (4/9) also look a solid bet at home to Albion Rovers. The ambitious club lost out to Inverness last week by a single goal but they've assembled a squad for a tilt at the League One title this season and should have enough in their locker to take all three points against Rovers who have suffered two defeats already.
Raith Rovers caught the eye with a 6-0 win over Peterhead and should follow that up with another win over lowly Stirling Albion. Ian Murray looks to be making some headway at Starks Park and Doubling Kelty with Raith pays 21/20.
St Mirren have been backed off the boards for their trip to Cowdenbeath. They're now as short as 1/22 to win so it's hard to find some value. Even the half-time/full-time market pays just 2/7. The Buddies should win this one comfortably but even over 2.5 Goals for the visitors is only 1/3. Instead look to the half-time markets and hope that St Mirren get off to a flier.
Two first half goals pays 10/11 (Bet365) or you can have even money (2.000) on the first half asian handicap of Over 1.5/2.0, but you'd need three for this to pay out in full.

Sandefjord away games see an unrivalled amount of corners. They average 15.86 per away game, with them hitting an average of 5.14 and conceding a league high of 10.71 corners. In their 7 away games, they’ve seen an incredible 111 corners – 36 for and 75 conceded! This bet would have landed in 6/7 Sandefjord away games (86% success rate) and would have been just 1 short in the other. In those games there’s been: 14,20,10,15,15,18,18. Outrageous numbers.
Jerv are second bottom and struggling – and I think this is reflected in the generous price – but they do love a corner. At home they hit an impressive average of 7.14 corners (4th highest in the league) and concede an average of 5.6. That totals a match average of 12.7 corners. High numbers. This bet would have landed in 6/7 Jerv home games (86% success rate) and would be just 1 short in the other. In their 7 games there’s been: 13,14,17,10,12,12,11. Moving away from stats, this is a game that both teams will see as a must win. Jerv are 4 places and only 3 points below Sandefjord. A win would be crucial in their fight against relegation. Conversely, a win for Sandefjord would really give them breathing room from the relegation zone. This should see a very open game, full of attacking intent.
