Mark Walker's Scottish Tips

Edinburgh City can keep up their play-off challenge in League Two with a win against off-form Stranraer.

The capital side are in third spot and on a very good run heading into the business end of the season.

They have won their last two games and three matches out of their last four.

And while they have all been at their Meadowbank home, they have recently won away at Elgin City, Forfar Athletic and Bonnyrigg Rose.

They owe Stranraer one because, curiously, they have lost all three games to them this season.

But the hosts' season is as good as over. They can't reach the play-offs and are safe.

And they appear to be already on their holidays, having lost their last four games in a row.

Edinburgh City look a solid bet here at 6/4 with McBookie.com.

Caley Thistle can get the better of a Stenhousemuir side who have nosedived their way out of form.

Inverness remain in a huge fight for survival at the bottom of League One as they battle with Annan Athletic to avoid a play-off.

But the club were handed a huge boost this week after it was announced they have exited administration and they finally look to have a brighter future.

They hammered Stenny 4-1 in the Highlands last month but ICT have been plagued with inconsistency having won 3-0 at Cove Rangers one week and losing to Kelty Hearts at home the next.

But they travel to Ochilview to meet a Stenny side in freefall.

They haven't won for six games, lost three in a row and conceded 11 goals in their last three games.

The visitors look a good bet at McBookie.com's 5/4.

Spartans still have a chance of reaching the play-offs in League Two and they can get the better of a Clyde side with nothing to play for at 20/21 with McBookie.com.

The Edinburgh outfit has blown hot and cold this season, but they could yet sneak into a top four spot this season if they can beat the Bully Wee.

Clyde can relax for the rest of the season after a largely forgettable campaign where their away form has been their undoing.

They have won just twice away from home this season and have the second worse form on the road in the league.

Spartans have only lost one of their last five home games and can get the win.
