GERMANY have been the outstanding team of the tournament but that's judging them on one performance against a 10-man and out of sorts Portugal.
I'm not sure if the Germans were brilliant or Portugal awful but we know Joachim Low's side thrive on confidence and will feel they can go all the way.
Holland were put on a pedestal after smashing Spain 5-1 but then brought down to earth by battling Australia.
So the jury is out on the Germans' chances of earning Europe a first win in South America until they add some repeat performances.
Tonight will tell us a lot about what we need to know when they tackle a Ghana side who disappointed in their opener as they slumped 2-1 to the USA.
On the evidence of the openers Germany will win this at a canter but I said that about the Dutch. Low's boys are no bigger than 1-3 with McBookie so for value we have to look at other kmarkets.
The obvious one is the handicaps and Germany -1 pays 5-6 at Betfred while -2 is 21-10 at Betfred.
If you fancy a repeat of their four-goal triumph against Portugal then -3 pays 5-1 at Paddy Power.
Thomas Muller was the hat-trick hero against Portugal and is now 3-1 favourite at Paddy Power to finish top scorer.
The Bayern Munich star has scored eight goals in seven World Cup clashes and seven in his last four. He looked hungry in the opener and if he's again handed the false No.9 role I expect him to add to his tally.
Muller is 10-3 at bet365 to score first and 4-5 at bet365 to net at any time.
Ghana were pedestrian against the USA until Michael Essien and Kevin Boateng came off the bench and both are likely to start.
Star striker Asamoah Gyan struggled up front and it would be a surprise if Ghana netted.
The sides have met twice with the Germans winning 6-1 in a friendly and just 1-0 in the last World Cup.
One amazing stat from those games is that all of their goals came after 60 minutes – but this time I see a fast start as they did against the Portuguese.
Ghana have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last five World Cup games and over 2.5 goals pays 4-7 at bet365 and McBookie.

Messi Mueller Dzecko anytime treble sounds solid?
Mr F
I stongly agree the game tomorrow won’t be the same before 4 years in which Germany won 1-0, this time will be at Germany 3+
I think to take in a double with Argentina over 1,5 team goals, any thoughts Mr F? Tbh Argentina won the first match with an own goal of Bosnia, so I am not sure about them
misafir, Argentina will be better and should score at least 2 v Iran. Poor in first game but have learned from it.
Thanks Mr F
i think a first half draw will b good
Messi
Muller
Dzeko

Gyan 2+ 22/1
Point to prove and 90% of ghanas chances end with gyan. 1st goal penalty at 16s
