I think his horses should be allowed to run at cheltenham, the horses, owners and the staff who tend to them were not party to his stupidity and shouldn’t be punished.

His name shouldn’t appear on racecards as trainor and he should from today have no involvement in the preparation of these horses for the festival.
Be ironic if some went back to Mullins after Elliott kopped a load Mullins horses back in 2016 after a row about training fees. This is probably why o’leary is standing by him because he can’t really go cap in hand back to Mullins after that episode.
Would be a tragedy if say tiger roll can’t run in the national because of this, hopefully it will be sorted by then with either a new head man installed or a move to another yard.
