What payment types are accepted?

You can subscribe via Paypal, which is one of the most popular and secure methods of payment on the internet. If you don't already have a Paypal account you can create one here. It's quick, easy and you'll be joining millions around the world who use Paypal for online payments.

When are payments taken?

If you subscribe to a Monthly Membership payment will be taken on same day of the month that you first signed up. Similarly, Annual Membership payments will be taken on the same day of the year that you first signed up.

What if I don't have a Paypal account?

We strongly recommend you open Paypal account but if you don't have one, email us at hello@mrfixitstips.co.uk with the subject line ‘Offline Membership Sign-Up’ and we can arrange a bank transfer with you. We can only arrange a bank transfer for Annual VIP Memberships. An additional, non-refundable £5.00 admin charge will be applied to bank transfers.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes, you can upgrade from Basic > VIP Monthly > VIP Annual at any time. Just click on the Upgrade My Account link in your My Profile page.

Can I cancel my membership?

Of course, you can cancel your membership at any time. Cancelling will ensure your next scheduled payment is not taken.

To claim a 7-day refund on your VIP Membership you must email us at hello@mrfixitstips.co.uk with the subject ‘Cancel my membership’ within 7 days of signing-up. We will cancel your membership and refund your Paypal account with 28 days.
