View our expert’s Both Teams to Score Tips for this weekend’s action from across Europe.
Our BTTS Acca Tips are based on statistical analysis of recent performances.
Werder Bremen vs Hoffenheim (Saturday, 14:30)
Goals should be on the agenda when Werder Bremen and Hoffenheim go head to head in the Bundesliga on Saturday afternoon.
The two sides have been among the German top flight’s most entertaining teams this season, playing their part in a number of high-scoring games.
Werder Bremen’s latest came last week, a thrilling 3-2 win away at Mainz.
That result means both teams have scored in each of the River Islanders’ seven Bundesliga matches this season.
BTTS has also landed in six of Hoffenheim’s seven league games, including each of their last three away from home, so goals at both ends look likely again.
Cambuur vs Go Ahead Eagles (Saturday, 20:00)
All the ingredients appear to be in place for an action-packed encounter when Cambuur face Go Ahead Eagles in the Eredivisie on Saturday night.
The teams start the weekend separated by just one place and two points in the Dutch top-flight standings.
Cambuur will come into this clash in high spirits after claiming a resounding 6-1 win away at Willem II last weekend.
That triumph followed a 2-2 draw with AZ Alkmaar in Cambuur’s previous home game, so goals have been a regular feature of the Yellow-Blues’ recent matches.
Go Ahead Eagles’ games have been even more goal-heavy, with both teams scoring in all 10 of their Eredivisie matches this season.
Remarkably, eight of those 10 games have also featured over 3.5 goals, strengthening the case for another high-scoring shootout in Leeuwarden.
FC Groningen vs Sparta Rotterdam (Sunday, 15:45)
Another game in the Dutch Eredivisie this weekend that looks worth supporting goals in is Groningen’s clash with Sparta Rotterdam on Sunday afternoon.
The hosts have lost just one of their last six league matches, with last week’s 2-2 draw away at NEC Nijmegen helping deliver another winning treble for this column.
Notably, Groningen’s only defeat during that sequence was a 5-2 hammering at the hands of Ajax in their last home game.
Sparta Rotterdam were also beaten by Ajax last weekend, going down 2-1 at home, and that result means both teams have scored in eight of the Castle Lords’ 10 Eredivisie matches this season.
Groningen’s record is even more encouraging, with BTTS proving the right call in nine of their 10 league games, so back each team to oblige at Euroborg.
