Our BTTS Acca Tips are based on statistical analysis of recent performances.

Sporting Lisbon vs Bodo/Glimt (Tuesday, 17:45)

Sporting Lisbon and Bodo/Glimt will square off in the second leg of their Champions League round of 16 tie in the Portuguese capital on Tuesday evening.

Rui Borges’ side are staring down the barrel of an exit from the competition after crashing to a 3-0 defeat in Norway last midweek.

Given how this tie stands heading into the return match, there should be no shortage of goalmouth action at the Estadio Jose Alvalade.

With that in mind, backing both teams to get on the scoresheet looks well worth siding with in this week's second leg.

This selection would have been a winning one in seven of Sporting Lisbon’s nine Champions League matches this season, including three of their four home fixtures.

The case for this bet grows even stronger when you consider that Bodo/Glimt have seen BTTS land in each of their five Champions League away games this season.

Barcelona vs Newcastle (Wednesday, 17:45)

The Camp Nou will stage the second leg of Barcelona's Champions League round of 16 tie with Newcastle on Wednesday evening.

This tie is delicately poised after the two teams played out a 1-1 draw at St. James' Park last midweek.

Newcastle will feel unlucky not to be arriving in Catalonia with some form of advantage after conceding a last-minute equaliser, but Eddie Howe’s side will still believe they can emerge from this tie victorious.

Like last week's first leg, another game featuring goals at both ends could be the way to go.

BTTS has been a running theme in Barcelona's continental contests this season, proving profitable in eight of their nine Champions League fixtures so far, including all four of their home matches.

Now set to face a Newcastle side that have delivered a winning both teams to score selection in each of their last four Champions League away games, all signs point towards a repeat at the Camp Nou.

FC Midtjylland vs Nottingham Forest (Thursday, 17:45)

FC Midtjylland will be looking to defeat Nottingham Forest for the third time this season when the pair face off in the second leg of their Europa League last 16 tie on Thursday evening.

After earning a 3-2 win at the City Ground during the league phase of the competition, the Danish outfit claimed a second victory at the same venue with a 1-0 success last Thursday night.

Given that Forest will have to force the issue to try and fight their way back into this tie, a more entertaining encounter should be in the offing in Jutland this time around.

Midtjylland have been one of the great entertainers in the Danish Superliga this season, with eight of their 12 home games delivering goals at both ends.

While Nottingham Forest are not necessarily a team that you would associate with goal-heavy games, they have been taking a more proactive approach under latest boss Vitor Pereira.

Moreover, both teams have hit the back of the net in three of the Tricky Trees' last six matches across all competitions.
