The betting weekend starts here as Desmond brings us his best goals bets from Scotland and England for this weekend, including a goals accumulator.
To Score 2+ Goals Tips
Guys, two teams I like the look of to score 2+ goals this weekend are Forfar and Clyde.
Forfar have just one point after three games. However, they’re playing a struggling Edinburgh City side at home this weekend. Edinburgh conceded 2+ against Bonnyrigg Rose last week and they have conceded 2+ in all seven of their league and cup matches this season.
Next up are fellow Scottish League Two side Clyde away at Bonnyrigg Rose. Clyde have won one, drawn one and lost one of their three league matches so far.
They are 8/13 to score 2+ goals against a Bonnyrigg side who have started this season poorly, losing six of their eight league and cup matches. Bonnyrigg conceded 2+ in six of those matches. Going for the usual 3 points double that pays 6/5.
Both Teams to Score Double
A BTTS double of Hibernian vs Dundee and Sunderland vs Burnley (1 point @ 8/5) is another one I fancy.
- Sunderland have started with two wins and six goals, and Burnley have two wins and nine goals after two games. Burnley got a positive BTTS result in their first away game of the season.
- Dundee delivered on the ‘Both Teams to Score' market in the Scottish League Cup last week, and likewise in their first two Scottish Premiership matches of the season.
Over 2.5 Goals Tips
An over 2.5 goals treble of Ayr, Annan and Doncaster, 1 point at 4/1.
- Ayr’s last two home games have seen five goals shared, and they were overs in three of their Scottish League Cup group stage games.
- Annan were overs on the first weekend of the season, Alloa’s last away game seen six goals shared.
- Doncaster have been overs in both of their league games this season and also overs in their final six league games last season
A roll-up of all seven pays 30/1 for 0.5 pts and a roll-up of all seven being overs pays 40/1 for 0.5pts.
Good luck with your bets on Saturday.
Desmond.
