Wednesdays top tips 3

It's another big night in the UEFA Champions League and there's a tie worthy of the final itself as Liverpool face Paris St-Germain in France.

Arne Slot's Premier League champions elect topped the table in the league phase while PSG needed a late rally to book their slot in the play-off round.

But the French champions thrashed Brest 10-0 on aggregate in that play-0ff and have won their last 10 games in all competitions.

So this is a serious test of Liverpool's credentials as one of the favourites to get their hands on their European Cup.

Paris St-Germain vs Liverpool top betting tips

With PSG in such impressive form, I've got a feeling they will edge this first leg with home advantage and BoyleSports price them at 13/10 for a win tonight.

Boss Luis Enrique has vowed to attack so this should be a good watch and combining BTTS with no draw pays 21/20.

Both teams have plenty of pace and trickery out wide so it could pay to back some stats bets for full-backs. A double on Andy Robertson and Achraf Hakimi committing over 0.5 fouls pays 2/1 with Bet365.

Bayern Munich vs Bayer Leverkusen top betting tips

The Bundesliga's top two have been put on a collision course in the Champions League and this tie between Leverkusen and Bayern Munich should be tight.

It ended in a 0-0 draw when Vincent Kompany's side visited the Bay Arena last month but Bayern were lucky to escape with a draw as they couldn't manage a shot on target.

Leverkusen are also unbeaten in their two visits to the Allianz Arena this season so Xabi Alonso's men could be worth a punt to qualify at 7/5, especially after Bayern only just squeezed past Celtic.

The Hoops got plenty of joy on the counter attack in Munich so we should see goals at both ends tonight. Combining BTTS and over 2.5 goals pays 11/10 at BoyleSports.

This one could be a bit fiery and Leverkusen midfielder Granit Xhaka appeals for a card at 7/2 with Bet365 after amassing seven yellows so far this season.

Benfica v Barcelona top betting tips

We were treated to a nine-goal thriller when Benfica and Barcelona last locked horns so this Champions League last-16 clash should be a cracker.

Hansi Flick's side edged that classic in the league phase when they scored twice in the last four minutes to pinch a 5-4 win.

Goals are usually guaranteed with Barcelona's high defensive line while Benfica also drew 3-3 at home with Monaco in the play-off round.

That's why BTTS is tiny at 4/11 tonight but adding on over 3.5 goals boosts the odds to 23/20 at BoyleSports.

Benfica's Vangelis Pavlidis scored a hat-trick in that 5-4 loss to Barca so the Greek looks decent value at 7/4 for anytime scorer tonight.

Feyenoord v Inter Milan top betting tips

Feyenoord upset the odds by knocking out AC Milan in the play-off round and will now be looking to complete a San Siro double by claiming the scalp of Inter.

The Dutch side have home advantage for the first leg and will know they need a victory to take back to Italy with them.

That makes me think we should see goals and combining BTTS with over 2.5 goals pays 5/4 at BoyleSports.

This first leg should be close so there might be some value in backing the half-time draw at 13/10.

Wednesday's Super Singles

  • BTTS and over 2.5 goals in Bayern v Leverkusen 11/10 BoyleSports
  • Vangelis Pavlidis anytime scorer 7/4 BoyleSports
  • HT draw in Feyenoord v Inter Milan 13/10 BoyleSports

Deadly double

  • Andy Robertson and Achraf Hakimi over 0.5 fouls 2/1 Bet365

    Asian line double @ 3/1 (bet365)
    Over 4.5mgs double @ 5.9/1 (bet365)

Just a quick repost on these from last night. Did mention I think the prices will shift and the goal line has on the Fraserburgh game already so hopefully some got on before that. Still think the over 4.0/4.5 goal line should get covered so still worth an effort as I still suspect it will move on both games before kick off.

    Good luck 🤞

Absolute nightmare last night, Arsenal winning 1-7 says it all, I don’t think even the most optimistic fan saw that coming.
