AC Milan have it all to do in their own back yard tonight if they're to book a place in a 12th Champions League final for the club.

They trail city rivals Inter 2-0 after the first leg of their Champions League tie and that makes them 12/1 chances to turn things around and qualify tonight.

Stefano Pioli's side suffered more anguish at the weekend, losing 2-0 again, this time to 18th placed Spezia in a surprise result that sees them remain fifth in Serie A and out of a Champions League spot for next season. That makes it just one win in five for the Rossoneri.

Inter are now five points ahead of them following their 4-2 win over Sassuolo. It's Inter's goal threat that should see them through this tie, they've scored 26 in their last eight outings (avg 3.25 per game) with the likes of Lukaku, Dzeko, Mkhitaryan and Martinez all weighing in with goals in recent weeks.

Pioli will be hoping that he'll have move firepower at his disposal this evening, joint top scorer Rafael Leão could return to the front line after missing out on last week's derby.

Inter, the nominated home team at the San Siro tonight, are 21/20 to underline their superiority with a win. A draw or even a one-goal defeat will still be enough but the could pick off Milan who need to go for it. That said, if things are tight going in to the final stages of the game there's no way Simone Inzaghi's men will go chasing a goal.

Experienced whistler Clement Turpin is the man charged with keeping a lid on the derby and the Frenchman isn't shy at dishing out cards. He flashed 10 yellows and sent off Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel in their quarter-final clash with Manchester City. That was a fiesty affair and with so much at stake tonight it could be a similar story.

There were just two yellows last week but there's been seven in each of the two Serie A meetings between the sides this season.

The bookings line it set high at 10/11 for Over 5.5 cards but it could pay to back Over 3.5 Second Half Cards at 20/21 as the game reaches a fraught climax, where Inter might need to turn to the dark arts of time-wasting to see the tie out.

That makes Inter ‘keeper André Onana a good condidate for a card. The Cameroon internationalist has picked up three yellows already this season and interestingly, Clement has booked two goalkeepers in his last three Champions League matches; Ederson (Man City) and Hradecky (Bayer Leverkusen). Onana is 5/1 to go into the Frenchman's book tonight.

Hi everyone, wasn’t going to next get on till Saturday but I just had to highlight the price from paddypower on Salford winning against Stockport on Saturday. Was expecting about 7/2 to be the general price but they have went 9/2 or there’s 6/5 on double chance for the ‘safer’ bets.

I’ll give a more detailed reasoning on Saturday but it all comes down to Salford having a lovely wide pitch to play on like Stockport have. Salford have been the best footballing side in the league this season and a nice pitch is such a help. They played away at Carlisle a few weeks ago who have a wide pitch and they tore them apart the first half, they sat back 2nd half and let them back in but in the end it was a well deserved win.

Here’s the number of goals Salford have scored away in their last 6 games

    Crewe 3
    Stevenage 3
    Stockport 1
    Wimbledon 3
    Walsall 3
    Carlisle 3

The game looks set up for goals with Salford having a 1-0 deserved lead from the 1st leg.

The bet I’m on is goals

Over 1.5 Salford goals 3/1 paddypower
    Over 2.5 Salford goals 12/1 bets65

Salfords last 3 away games have finished 2-3. You can get 40/1 on this happening again.

Will get back on on Saturday if possible with a bit better explanation for the bet and a bit of team news.

    All the best.

Mac, can I just say you never need to apologise to anyone on here for any tip. The only reason any of us post our bets on here is because we genuinely want to try to help others.
Many will have taken Liverpool goals alone so you were pointing people in the right direction anyway. You must have helped people win money countless times.

Just want to highlight another game on Thursday, I’m sure plenty of people would be eying this up also. If there’s ever a game for backing corners in the first 10 minutes this is it. 4-0 down from the first leg Sheffield Wednesday are going to be flying out of the traps desperately trying to get an early goal. Looking at the odds the bookies are wise to it, over 1 is 3/1, over 2 is 11/1, they usually price this up alot bigger from what I’ve seen.
They haven’t put up for first half corners for individual teams yet. Really interested to see how they decide to go on this. Every chance you could see exactly what happeend in the Mansfield game last week when they hit 7 corners in the first half ( over 6 was an unbelievable 16/1).
The bet they do have available is over 4 first half corners both teams combined at evens which looks a banker but I’d wait to see what they do with the individual teams first. Obviously best to stick to first half corners as a Peterborough goal would just end the tie and Wednesday could just give up almost.
Worth keeping an eye out I reckon bet365 will have the prices up later today

Den I do quite a lot of corner bets with 365 and 3/1 for 2 corners in the 1st 10min is generous imo . GL with your bet mate .

Oh ok , thanks alot Cocker I really wasn’t sure if it was fair odds or not, appreciate the heads up. Never even tried this 10 minute corner bet yet, it was you who put me onto them you seem to get a fair few nice bets up from them. Sure you had a treble up in the premier league games at weekend. Will be trying over 1 at 3/1 for sure then.
All the best with whatever your on too mate
