With Euro 2024 qualifiers starting off on Thursday we turn attention to the lower leagues this week.
Nothing much catches the eye on League One and Two in England but a couple of bets in Scotland could be worth a small interest on a quiet night.
It's now or never for Dundee in the Scottish Championship, a 0-0 draw at Partick Thistle left them seven points behind Queen's Park at the top of the table and they simply must win their game in hand against Ayr United tonight.
The Dark Blues have dropped 12 points in their last seven games and have drifted to 15/8 to go up as champions.
Visitors Ayr can't be ruled out of the title race just yet either. Back-to-back wins over Hamilton and Morton were much needed after four without a win and victory tonight would see them leapfrog their hosts in to second place and take them five points behind the leaders.
It's 4/5 that the home side grab the three points but on current form they can't be trusted, even with home advantage.
With both teams having to go for it we could see goals at Dens Park. Four of the last five meetings have seen over 2.5 goals and that pays 3/4 tonight.
In League Two Stirling Albion could go top of the table for the first time this season. While they were being held to a 1-1 draw at Stranraer, league leaders Dumbarton were being thumped 5-1 by Albion Rovers. That left the Binos a point behind the Sons and didn't do their goal difference advantage any harm either.
It's now 10 unbeaten for Darren Young's side who are the team with momentum going in to the title run-in.
Visitors Forfar aren't in bad form either, it's now just one defeat in nine (W5 D3 L1) as they make a push for the top four and a play-off place.
But with the summit prize at stake tonight Stirling will be determined not pass up the opportunity to go top of the table and should get the job done at 3/4.
