Tottenham Hotspur can't buy a goal in the Premier League but will hoping they find their shooting boots in the EFL Cup again when they head to Liverpool tonight.

Saturday's 0-0 draw with Everton was a fourth successive blank for Spurs in the top flight but they did net five times in the last round of the cup against Charlton.

And you have to wonder how much new Anfield boss Andoni Iraola will prioritise the EFL Cup as he tries to juggle Champions League football with domestic duties.

Liverpool vs Tottenham Hotspur top betting tips

Tottenham don't have any European distractions this season so I'd imagine Roberto De Zerbi will pick a strong side as he looks for a morale-boosting win.

Liverpool, on the other hand, may give some big hitters a rest so I'm not sure they offer much value at 4/5 for a win inside 90 minutes.

A lot will depend on how strong a side Iraola picks but it could be worth having a speculative punt on Tottenham qualifying at decent odds of 13/8.

Young winger Rio Ngumoha may get another chance to impress for the Reds and he's 6/5 to score or assist.

West Ham United vs Fulham

West Ham United are now flying after a slow start to season and they'll fancy their chances at home to Fulham in the EFL Cup tonight.

Relegation from the Premier League hit the Hammers hard and they took just two points from their first three Championship games.

But Nuno Espirito Santo's side have now won four in a row and they smashed six past Wrexham in their last outing.

Fulham's form is much worse, collecting just a point from their first four Premier League games, but they performed well in Saturday's 0-0 draw at Anfield.

It's unclear how strong a side each manager will pick tonight, with West Ham preoccupied with promotion and Fulham fighting against relegation.

I'd imagine both will make some changes but West Ham still look good value to qualify at 11/10 given they have home advantage and plenty of momentum.

Falkirk vs Heart of Midlothian

There's three games in the SPFL Premiership tonight and Falkirk's home clash with Hearts takes top billing.

The Jambos are in superb form, with Wouter Vrancken's side winning four in a row in all competitions.

They now face a Falkirk side who are struggling to match the performances that sealed a top-six finish last season.

The Bairns have banked just two points from five games and that's probably down to a large turnover of players this summer.

I fancy Hearts to keep up their winning run tonight and so do the bookies, with Bet365 pricing the away win at just 4/5. But you can boost the odds to 21/20 by adding on over 1.5 goals.

John McGlynn's side always set up to have a go so this should be a decent spectacle. The Jambos have kept just one clean sheet in their last eight so combining BTTS and over 2.5 goals should stand a chance tonight at 11/10 with Bet365.
