A week of cup football continues tonight with the first of this year’s fourth round FA Cup matches.

Live on BBC iPlayer (and SC4 for viewers in Wales) the cameras are on the south coast for Swansea’s visit to Premier League side Bournemouth.

The Swans are toiling in the bottom half of the Championship currently. They’ve been plagued by inconsistency all season and could be out of their depth against the Cherries tonight.

Bournemouth dug deep to overcome QPR in the last round after falling two goals behind at Loftus Road. They were well beaten on Sunday by Liverpool who scored four second half goals without reply but Andoni Iraola ended 2023 well. They picked up 19 points from a possible 24 after a 6-1 humbling at Manchester City in early November.

They’re rightly short price favourites to progress tonight at 2/7 to win inside the 90 minutes.

The Swans have conceded two or more in five of their last seven Championship matches so we could see a few goals for the Premier League side.

A goal in each half for Bournemouth appeals at 5/6 as does a three-legged BetBuilder consisting of a Bournemouth Win, two or more Bournemouth Goals and Over 4 Bournemouth corners at 20/21.
