MFT TopTips Safe 06

It might be an international break but there’s little to get excited about amidst the dead rubbers and one-sided mismatches.

For example, France at 1/250 are as short a price as you’ll ever see in a football match and you’d need seven or more goals in the game to get above even money on the total goals market.

It could happen, but a near full-strength French side only scored three when the sides met in June so don’t get sucked in, especially after watching England and Portugal struggle to 2-0 wins against Malta and Liechtenstein in recent nights.

There’s still some domestic action north and south of the border and League Two has been good for goals this season. There’s nine games to choose from today and for all of them to see two or more goals pays around 5/1, while over 2.5 goals in each of them is 122/1.

That might be a bit ambitious so the matches which looks most likely to provide goals are at Notts County v Bradford; the hosts are among the division’s top scorers but have drawn blank in their last three league games but it’s not been for a lack of trying and can be backed to get back on the goals trail today ay 8/11 to score two or more.

You can seldom go wrong backing goals in Swindon’s matches. There’s been 26 scored in their last four outings and it’s 8/13 for Over 2.5 at Harrogate today.

Complete the League Two goals treble with table-toppers Stockport at home to Colchester. County are the highest scorers in the fourth tier and 65% of the visitors’ matches have gone Over 2.5 which looks like a good recipe for goals today.

In Scotland, Inverness have been transformed since the arrival of Duncan Ferguson. The 2022-23 Scottish Cup finalists had a dismal start to the season but are unbeaten under Big Dunc’s charge. A win at Dunfermline would see them leapfrog the Pars in the table and take them two points off the top four with a game in hand.

On current form they have to be backed at 9/4 to win or 5/4 on the Draw No Bet market.

In League One, Cove Rangers have won their last four by a 1-0 scoreline and are now unbeaten in eight. Confidence should be high at the moment and look a solid bet at 4/6 against a Stirling Albion side who are starting to feel the pace after being promoted.

Double them up with Dumbarton who are in good form and play host to Elgin City who have won just one point from a possible 18 on the road.

Personally i don,t think Dundee United will be to bothered about a Challenge Cup exit… Their aim will be a relentless Weekly pursuit of 3 points and lifting the pot at the end of the season to return to the Premier..

    Armenia v Wales
Wales to win at 10/11 (NAP)

Feel sorry the way Everton have been treated by the EPL so will be hoping they survive which they should easily. If the EPL have acted this quickly then why are we still waiting for City’s punishment for 115 breaches, if Evertons’s punishment is anything to go by City could be looking at relegation.

Totally agree and when you factor in the over spend was not on transfers but the new stadium.
Then it’s a bit of a piss take.
What do they want us to have no ambition to better ourselves and stay at Goodison.
And teams saying their going to sue is laughable.
EPL already said no advantage was gained by Everton.
I think we will get a reduced punishment on appeal, but even if we don’t win the appeal we will stay up as usual UTFT

Agreed Macca – evidently Everton even flagged some of the issues themselves way in advance and asked for support/guidance. In isolation I could maybe understand but given the wider context of City’s follies, it stinks.

The EPL are trying to set an example and are using Everton for just that. We know there’s no way Man City could possibly pull in more revenue than Liverpool or Man Utd even with all their glory, we are talking about two of the biggest clubs in the world football. Man City haven’t gone from being a small club to the biggest club earning wise in just a few few years. It just doesn’t happen so quick. I know most reds are fully behind Everton. Wait in anticipation for the outcome of the famous 115 breaches. funny feeling though that’ll get forgotten about.

    Over 4 Asian goal line @ 1.925 (bet365)

    Bahamas v Guyana
    22:00
    CONCACAF Nations League

Bahamas to score 7-5 NAP (UNIBET) ?? ***

Guyana won all 4 and should win.
    Bahamas bottom with 1 point.
Bahamas and Guyana both have seen BTTS and over 2 5 goals in all 4 games

    Reverse fixture in September ended
    Guyana 3 Bahamas 2.
Bahamas scored 2 penalties but the fact they won them suggests they can be a threat.
Guyana conceded away to Antigua who are just as shit as Bahamas as a recent 2-2 draw between Antigua and Bahamas shows

Been in here a while Hull and I think that has to be the single best group of tips I’ve seen. Thought France would win, didn’t see that coming. Take a bow sir. Got to say yourself, Macca and Bigwig have landed some absolute crackers in last few months. If I don’t make it through this cancer battle you boys have paid for my funeral – if I do a holiday to Dubai ?
