THE group stage of the Scottish League Cup comes to an end this weekend and all eyes will be on Easter Road today to see how Hibernian react to last week's shock defeat at Kelty.
It looked like David Gray was getting off to a good start as permanent boss when he led the Hibees to 5-0 and 5-1 victories in their first two games.
But then came that nightmare loss in Fife – and American shareholder Bill Foley kicked Gray when was down by claiming the board had ignored his advice when reshaping the football department.
Crashing out of the League Cup would put the seal on a horror week but Hibs should stay at the top of Group C as they only need to beat League Two side Peterhead at home.

Hibernian v Peterhead Top Betting Tips
That blank from Hibernian at Kelty Hearts last weekend was a surprise as they had looked so good going forward in the first two games.
Peterhead kept a clean sheet as they beat Kelty 1-0 but lost 5-0 to Queen's Park and also conceded twice in their 4-2 win over Elgin.
That makes me think the Hibees should grab a few goals today but it's hard finding value with Gray's side 1/9 favourites at Betfred.
Even backing Hibs to win both halves only pays 10/11 and you have to go to over 3.5 home goals to get to 11/8.
The anytime scorer market offers better prices and winger Martin Boyle looks good at evens with McBookie.
Ayr United v Buckie Thistle Top Tips
Dundee United currently sit top of Group B but the Premiership side risk crashing out of the League Cup as they've already played all their fixtures.
Falkirk and Ayr United sit just three points behind Jim Goodwin's men and if they both win this afternoon then United could be knocked out on goal difference.
The Honest Men host Highland League Buckie Thistle and a three-goal win would move them above United. That should make it a good watch as Scott Brown's side will go full pelt and Ayr -3 in the handicap pays 6/5 with Betfred.
All of Ayr's strikers are odds-on in the scorer markets but winger Jay Henderson is 11/10 at McBookie after netting in their 4-1 win over Stenhousemuir.
St Johnstone v East Fife Top Tips
St Johnstone are another Premiership side in danger of bowing out early after the midweek defeat at Alloa left them sitting third in Group F.
But a win at home to League Two East Fife would take them into the knockout stages and it might even be enough to top the section if Alloa lose at Morton.
Dick Campbell looks to be working his magic in Methil and the Fifers stunned Morton with a 3-0 win on day one then followed it up with a draw against Alloa and a 4-0 win over Brechin.
But the bookies can't see Saints slipping up as Betfred make them 2/11 hot favourites. It could get nervy if Craig Levein's side fail to score early and backing most goals to come in the second half pays 21/20.
Benji Kimpioka has three goals in his last two games for St Johnstone so he looks worth a punt at evens with McBookie for anytime scorer.
Argentina v Iraq Top Tips
The action rages on at the Olympics and it will be interesting to see how Argentina respond today against Iraq after their chaotic loss to Morocco.
That breathless clash – which saw a 116th-minute leveller ruled out by VAR after crowd trouble – has left the Argentines needing a win to keep their hopes alive.
Iraq have already caused a shock by beating Ukraine so their tails will be up but Javier Mascherano's side will be pumped out to make amends.
Backing Argentina to be winning at half-time and full-time pays 9/10 while over 1.5 first-half goals could be worth a punt at 11/8.
