AFTER the fireworks of the Boca Juniors v River Plate grudge match, this Bernabeu meeting should be a more sedate affair.
It's not exactly a dead rubber as CSKA are still fighting for the consolation of a place in the Europa League by finishing in third place above Viktoria Plzen.
But they will need to take something from Real Madrid to jump above the Czechs who claimed a surprise win in Moscow last time out to put themselves in the driving seat.
That poor performance in Russia looks to have put paid to CSKA's European aspirations as it's hard to see them getting even a point in Spain.
The only thing that might work in their favour is that Real Madrid are already assured of top spot, no matter what happens, as they are three points ahead of Roma and boast the better head-to-head record.
Santiago Solari may give a few big hitters a rest but Real Madrid are still 888 Sport's heavy 2/9 favourites, with CSKA Moscow 12/1 outsiders and the draw 6/1.
The odds on Real Madrid are too skinny but if you double a home win with Real scoring two goals or less with 888 Sport it's a much better evens.
The Russians may try to grind out a stalemate and hope Roma beat Plzen so it might be worth backing draw half-time/Real Madrid full time which is 7/2 with 888 Sport.
This looks like the perfect game for Solari to give Brazilian kid Vincius Junior a game and he's 21/4 to open the scoring with 888 Sport. The odds on anytime scorer are shorter at 7/5 but that still looks a good option.
If CKSA Moscow are to get on the scoresheet, I fancy Arnor Sigurdsson for anytime scorer at 13/2 with 888 Sport. For a shock opener, the Icelandic kid is a whopping 19/1.
