Celtic need a miracle to keep their Europa League hopes alive and Stuttgart should finish the job back in Germany after strolling to a 4-1 win in Glasgow last week.
I thought the Germans would get a bit of joy against the Hoops defence but picked out the wrong bets and ended up with nothing to show.
The margin of the defeat was still something of a surprise, as was the passive display from Martin O'Neill's men as they pretty much let Stuttgart run rings round them.
Celtic followed it up by losing at home to Hibernian last weekend and their season is in danger of disintegrating, with a massive derby at Ibrox looming on Sunday.
I'd imagine O'Neill will field a weakened team for this game as it's pretty much a lost cause and the clash with Rangers is so important to their season.
Stuttgart are also pushing for a top-four finish in the Bundesliga so they may also prioritise their weekend league clash with Wolfsburg.
That could take away more of the edge from this second leg and it's a match both sides probably just want to get out of the way.
How the bookies view it: Stuttgart to pile on the pain
After such a one-sided first leg, it's no surprise to see Stuttgart as 2/5 hot favourites with Betfred. Celtic are as big as 6/1 with Betway while the draw pays 9/2 at Bet365.
Head to head: Germans out to finish revenge mission
Celtic knocked Stuttgart out of the UEFA Cup en route to the final in 2003, despite losing 3-2 in the second leg in Germany. So the Germans are halfway towards gaining their revenge.
Players to watch: Andres out to impress
Stuttgart should rest a few big hitters and that could lead to Spanish kid Chema Andres getting a chance to impress. The 20-year-old came off the bench in Glasgow and is 11/8 at Bet365 for a goal or assist.
Kelechi Iheanacho is working his way back to full fitness for Celtic and could start after a cameo off the bench in the first leg. The Nigerian is 15/8 at Bet365 to score or assist but it may be worth waiting for the line-ups to drop before having a punt.

Probable line-ups
Both managers should make changes with the tie pretty much over. The likes of Paulo Bernardo, Luke McCowan, Dane Murray and Iheanacho could come in for Celtic. Jeff Chabot is suspended for Stuttgart after his yellow card in the first leg.
Stuttgart: Nubel, Mittelstadt, Jaquez, Vagnoman, Assignon, Thiago Tomas, Fuhrich, Stiller, Andres, El Khannouss, Demirovic.
Celtic: Schmeichel, Ralston, Trusty, Murray, Saracchi, McGregor, Bernardo, Hatate, McCowan, Forrest, Iheanacho.
Anything else catch the eye?
For Celtic, this tie is all about avoiding embarrassment so I'd imagine O'Neill and his coaching staff will set up to frustrate.
The Hoops created precious few chances at home and will be even blunter in attack if they do rest a lot of key players. So a Stuttgart win to nil appeals at 15/8 with Paddy Power.
We only saw six corners in the first leg and I'd be surprised if that tally increased for the second leg as it could just be Stuttgart playing keep ball. Under 9.5 corners pays a decent 41/40 with Unibet.
I don't think we'll see a lot of bookings either as Stuttgart will be looking to avoid suspensions later in the tournament. Bet365 are offering 7/4 if you bet against both teams picking up a card.
