IT'S another Super Sunday in the NFL and Jordan has picked out plenty of tips for the week five action.

His bets are all posted below and write-ups and reasoning can be found in the comments section of yesterday's thread.

Elsewhere today Andy Murray looks to land the China Open title and is 2-9 at BetVictor to get the better of final opponent Grigor Dimitrov (41-10, Marathonbet).

On the F1 track, Nico Rosberg starts on pole for the Japanese Grand Prix and is even-money favourite at Skybet for the race win with title rival Lewis Hamilton, who qualified in second place, a 5-4 shot at Paddy Power.

There's plenty more sporting highlights worth a flutter so let's hear all your tips and chat and good luck with your bets.

Jordan, the Duke Johnson prop, isn’t that at PP? I couldn’t find it at 365. I’m on them all thanks.

As I won’t have anything next week:

    Bet 6: Houston Texans + 7 @ 20/23

Bet 7: Rams, Texans, Lions, Packers, Raiders, Broncos, Bengals @ 99/1

    Argentina v Australia (7.30 pm)

This game is being played at Twickenham which I think plays into the Aussies hands. They have a good record their against England and off the back of the World Cup will feel its a home from home. They will also have a larger support, although any English fans will be supporting Argentina surely.

Argentina are missing three key players including Sanchez, their main man at flyhalf and kicker. This may see them score less points than usual. The Aussies need a win to get them back on track and they wll see this as a golden opportunity.

Where do you do these bets handyman?

Paddy power John. Usually down the very bottom past all the prop bets. “Handicap and total” is the title or something along those lines.

Hi gents. As the post says. ALL reasoning is on yesterdays thread. I mentioned about Odell’s breakout game tonight in Lambeau. William Hill have his total receiving yards at 82.5 which is probably going to be the lowest we’ll see, and 365 have Manning’s longest completion at 42.5. Both like the over there. Eli Manning is 8/11 to have more pass yards than Aaron Rodgers @ Ladbrokes. That is a likely money printer but if the odds were better I might have been more interested. Green Bays rush defense is basically pushing players backwards at only 1.8 yards per carry, and our weakness is very much in the pass game. Randall will have to step up if he’s to keep Odell under the radar but I don’t think it’ll happen. He’s been burned with double moves and I’m pretty sure they are going to put the ball in Beckham’s hands early and often. Another market I like is Eddie Lacy’s rush yards. The Giants rush defense has been admirable but they’ve given up at least 65 yards to the lead backs in the last two weeks and are on their second road game in a row. I’d be inclined to see if the Giants traveled back from Minnesota then back to Milwaukee this week as fatigue could play a part. Lacy’s lowest rushing total is 64.5 @ William Hill which I might even lock in later.

    • john smith 8 years ago

Jordan, i see WH have E Manning passing yards at 216.5 at 10/11. Everywhere else its about 280. Is this low? Worth a bet?

    • Jordan 8 years ago

John, that is a great spot. Just went to bet it and it changed before I placed. Now 285.5 ??

    • john smith 8 years ago

Damn! It was a misprice. Just got the email from WH saying it should have been 1/6 at those yards so i cancelled bet

  11. andrewdavison93 8 years ago

Great spot that John! Don’t see why willhill are going 60 yards less than any other bookie, 3pts on that!

    • john smith 8 years ago

Thanks Andrew, i’ll stick a few points on too.

    • andrewdavison93 8 years ago

John, have you got an email of willhill saying the price was incorrect? They are going to pay out only at 1/6.

    • john smith 8 years ago

Yes Andrew, so i contacted them and got the bet cancelled

    • andrewdavison93 8 years ago

Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so can you do anything?

RotoGrinders meteorologist Kevin Roth reports 20-25 MPH winds with gusts of 35-40 MPH are expected in Sunday’s Redskins-Ravens game.

Wonder if that will effect the play calling!

    • Jordan 8 years ago

Depends which way its blowing, Nick. Imagine that wind behind you on a deep ball to Mike Wallace from Joe Flacco or DeSean Jacksion from Kirk Cousins? #Predictions

  13. Jordan 8 years ago

Just seeing news that LeSean McCoy is listed as Questionable with a hand injury but will play. That could mean more targets for Robert Woods who I posted on my other leans yesterday. With that I’m adding his receiving yards as a play, favouring it over his receptions which is five exactly, so you’ll get a push for five. Just feel he could catch a fairly deep one, has caught a pass of 23 or more in his last two games and has 18 targets. Should get double digit looks again today.

Robert Woods (Buffalo Bills) Over 56.5 Receiving Yards @ 10/11 @ Skybet – 3.3 points
    ___________________________________________________________________________________________

I still have a really strong feeling about Martellus Bennett scoring a TD today. With Brady back and Gronk still not looking 100% (he only ran ten routes last week) Bennett should feature more. Even with Brissett and Garoppolo under center, Bennett was heavily involved. He and Brady could form a good partnership while the Pats nurse Gronk back. The Browns are bad against Tight Ends so far this season and for the price of Bennett to find the endzone its worth a point.

Martellus Bennett (New England Patriots) Anytime TD @ 12/5 @ PP – 1 point
    ___________________________________________________________________________________________

The only other bet I haven’t taken but mentioned yesterday was Jerrick McKinnon’s rushing yards. Best total/price there is Skybet giving 65.5 @ 10/11. Think he’ll get it but I’m leaving it just in case.

Hi nick after watching the college games yesterday I would be cautious of any uncovered games taking place in the south and east. As you have done check the weather. There were lots of turnovers yesterday lots of punts to. Flacco did get hurried a lot by the raiders last week. Love it when the weather makes the game unpredictable but always keep my stakes low. Good suggestion with woods and Bennett Jordon and on it Good luck everyone.

What did I say about Coates? His yardage can be done on one reception.

    1 reception, 72 yards :)

Pats TD too, Gronk broke like 3 tackles to set it up!

    • Jordan 8 years ago

Yeah but I think Bennett is out already which is unfortunate.

      Maybe not. TD Bennett :)

Not too bad so far but still lots of football to be played.

    Pittsburgh Steelers ML
    New England -5.5

    5-6 @ 365– 12 points **WIN**

Sammie Coates (Pittsburgh Steelers) Over 42.5 Receiving Yards @ 5-6 @ Paddy Power– 4.8 points **WIN**

Duke Johnson (Cleveland Browns) Over 50.5 Rush and Receiving Yards @ 5-6 @ 365– 2.4 points **LOSE**

Steve Smith (Baltimore Ravens) Over 5.5 Receptions @ 5-6 @ PP– 3 points **LOSE** Left the game if the first quarter with three receptions which is a shame as it was almost a cert to land.

Martellus Bennett (New England Patriots) Anytime TD @ 12/5 @ PP – 1 point **WIN**
    ___________________________________________________________________________________________

I keep having to look at props for the Packers game as there is a lot of value out there. I’m going to take Eddie Lacy’s rushing yards and add a couple of long shot bets for small stakes.

Eddie Lacy (Green Bay Packers) Over 64.5 Rushing Yards @ 10/11 @ William Hill – 3.3 points

    Odell Beckham & Jordy Nelson Anytime TD @ 7/2 @ Skybet – 1 point

Odell Beckham 2 TD’s and Over 150.5 Receiving Yards @ 14/1 @ Skybet – 0.5 a point – Obviously a long shot, but you’ve seen how players can go off on any given night. Odell is without question one of the best receivers in the league, with Randall struggling against Jones and Diggs in the last two weeks, and missing the last two days of practice with a hamstring injury, Odell could easily put up a line like Julio Jones last week.

  23. Jordan 8 years ago

    New England Patriots -5.5
Oakland Raiders/San Diego Chargers Over 40 Total Points

38-50 @ 365(0.76/1) – 20 points **COVER THERE IF YOU HAD A LARGE STAKE ON THIS. NEED 1 POINT FOR A PUSH**

    • Jordan 8 years ago

My mistake. Hadn’t seen the extra point. Can’t lose money with 40 total points now. Lovely turn around this week! Well done any winners so far. More to come hopefully.

  24. Jordan 8 years ago

Ezekiel Elliott already had 37% of his season rushing total last week for the ante-post. Has another 128 so far this week.

  25. Jordan 8 years ago

    New England Patriots -5.5
Oakland Raiders/San Diego Chargers Over 40 Total Points

    38-50 @ 365(0.76/1) – 20 points **WIN**

  26. Jordan 8 years ago

Longshot looking well on course. 10 minutes left in the Raiders game but a 10 point lead. If they win. Cover will be available on the Giants to win. Can either do it when the Raiders game finishes or hope the Packers get a nice lead. I’ll be waiting.

    Patriots -4.5 – WON
    Eagles +3 – WON
    Bears +10.5 – WON
    Vikings ML – WON
    Steelers -2.5 – WON
    Falcons +11 – WON
    Raiders +2.5 – WINNING
