Few things pointing me in the direction of a strong run game for Denver tonight.
1. Road games are tough with crowd noise for snap counts/protection changes etc. Running the ball reduces errors.
2. It keeps the ball out of Phillip Rivers hands and drains the clock.
3. It’ll keep Joey Bosa from attempting to take Trevor Siemian’s head off.
4. They won’t have their coach on the sidelines. Gary Kubiak will hate to see his team from wherever he’s watching and seeing them run pass plays that aren’t needed.
5. The defense will likely help control the time of possession too. Run the ball, control the game, take the W and go home.
CJ Anderson hasn’t ran for over 50 yards in his last 3 games and the lowest is 60.5 @ 10/11 @ William Hill. His workload has shortened in each game with the rise of rookie Devontae Booker, but most of his work last work was because they were trailing and he was a better option out the backfield. With their starting Right Tackle and Tight End back, Anderson should get better blocks and some holes will likely open. 60 isn’t a big number for Anderson on a night like this. Harlequins v Stade Francais
Was looking at the -9 spread as well @williams1993. Has moved out from -7.5. Stade have had a fairly week start to the French season but Harlequins have Care, Evans and Sinckler out. Stade are poor away not winning in 14 attempts including a 30 point dicking from Leicester.

Manawatu are a bit up and down beating teams in the league above but losing to teams below them in their own league. With a strong back line and loose forwards and Otago resting some key players I can see Manawatu winning at home.

14 -21. Otago took the early intiative and Manawatu didn’t capitalise on their opportunities. Replacements for Otago also playing their nuts off for a place in the playoff team. Put thay one down to a lesson learned. So often see teams rest players and still do well.
Otago’s defence was too good in that second half. It was there for Manawatu but they couldn’t convert that possession to points. Any thoughts on tonight’s matches? I think Leicester over 1.5 tries @1.66 is generous considering they’ve covered that in their last 3 and Glasgow haven’t exactly got the best defence in the league. They conceded 3 against Zebre!
Tempted by Cardiff Blue to win both halves at 1.83 as well. Reckon Bristol will pull something off?

Unlucky on the Lyon match, as you said an unexpected result there. Leicester not looking the best but fingers crossed they can pull off 1 more try. Thought it had gone down the pan with that potential red card. Cardiff Blues for HT/FT looks as though it would have been a good shout too – i didn’t decide to back it in the end.
