Well. It's been a rough month. Got a little flack for it last week and it's fully deserved, things have not gone well. But these things happen in sports and tipping, I'll keep putting myself out there and hopefully it will turn itself around. Apparently there used to be under even priced winners, so I'll give that a go.

Bet 1; Run CMC keeps atop the charts.

Christian McCaffrey leads the league in TDs this year with 13 on the season, 10 on the ground and 3 through the air, he's scored in 7 of his 8 games, the only one he didn't was against the Bucs on a Thursday night where he was stopped on the one yard line at the end of the game. He's a phenom and goes up against the 27th ranked run defense so should have a good game in this one too. The other side of the ball is Aaron Jones who is second in TDs with 11, the Panthers are actually the worst defense against the run so I like him to score too. You can get both to score on Skybet at 2.20, Aaron Jones by himself at 1.73, but my pick, to hopefully start with a win is Christian McCaffrey anytime – 1.44 (365you can get him to score a rushing and receiving TD at 6.00 on Skybet boost as well which is tempting.

Bet 2; There's got to be points in Tampa, surely?!

Tampa Bay. What do you do with Tampa Bay?! They've played well this season without winning any games, mainly due to Jameis throwing interceptions. They should have covered for me last week but the Seahawks kicker missed a last min field goal which would have won the spread bet for us, that's the story of my season so far. But tonight I'm avoiding them on the spread and taking the over in this game. The Cards play quick which means a lot of plays in the game, they haven't been converting a whole lot into TDs, but looked good vs the 49ers last week and the Bucs have a crappy pass defense. Jameis will find Mike Evans and Chris Godwin regularly, I think they could both score in this one, but I do like the overs despite it being a high one. Over 52 points (general)

Bet 3; Ravens to run all over the Bengals

The Bengals are at home, they've lost all their games this season and have a backup QB starting for them in Ryan Finley. That's not great for them. Add to that they're facing the Ravens who beat the unbeatable Patriots last week and it's even worse. It's the second time this season they've faced eachother, the Ravens winning at home by 6 points. The man I'm looking at is QB Lamar Jackson who is on for o1,000 rush yards this year and had 152 yards and a TD in that one and I fancy him to do similar in this to be frank. Lamar Jackson anytime TD scorer – 2.30 (888) if you want bigger odds then Skybet have priced up him to have 100 rush yards and a TD at 4.50 for me.

You know what, I'll try and be a bit more sensible and leave it at that. I have a couple of bigger priced, Brian Hill for the Falcons at 8.50 and Mike Gesicki at 6.00 for the Dolphins. Both opportunity bets. Ito Smith is on IR for the Falcons, and Preston Williams is on IR for the Dolphins, ipso facto, targets to go around, more opportunity for those guys. But they're just inklings, so nothing official.

Picks;

  • Christian McCaffrey anytime – 1.44 (365)
  • Arizona @ Tampa – Over 52 points – 1.91 (general)
  • Lamar Jackson anytime TD scorer – 2.30 (888)

Good Luck to me. The way things have been this year I think I need it.

And I guess to you with whatever you're betting.

    That’s better. 3/3

Bonus picks on Jones and both players landed too.

Hill landed and Gesicki was overthrown on what would have been a TD.

    Good night for once

Haven’t had a proper look to be honest. For the last few weeks I’ve been pondering the Browns to make the playoffs, but they’ve just been so bad that despite the easy schedule they’ve got to finish the season.

SB, god knows tbh, too late to the 49ers train and tonight could change the perception there anyway. Possibly Eagles/Vikings for the prices, but obviously by no means bankers.

49ers obviously the most impressive so far, Ravens look brilliant, don’t like Packers, Chiefs, Texans.

Tbf even Cowboys at 33s isn’t shocking
