ITALIAN goals gave me a nine-point win last night but I was a Celtic strike short on my second treble.
If that had landed I'd have a decent chance of wiping out losses on the final day of October but now it's a long shot.
It's Hallowe'en and if I can win around 18pts it will leave bookies wishing like they'd dressed up as Scrooge.
I've had winners every day since Friday – including four Super Singles in a row – so at least I'm finishing the month in better form.
Last night's 3pts 3-1 success also came with a slice of luck as I needed a last-minute winner from Juventus.
Well done to all the winners and what's maccathered all about – tipping an Arsenal win instead of over 9.5 goals at Anfield.
Who would have thought we'd see a 10-goal thriller between two top English teams days after Leicester's 9-0 win at Southampton.
It will be a shame if Liverpool now have to pull out of the EFL Cup due to World Club Cup commitments and we've been hearing plenty about this after they were paired with Aston Villa. And what a great draw it was for Oxford who landed Man City at home and Colchester who travel to an improving Man United. Everton entertain Leicester in the other tie and I strongly fancy the Foxes.
Tonight there are three La Liga games, Milan v SPAL in Serie A, Anderlecht v Gent and some matches in Portugal and Holland for me to look out.
It's not easy to find an 18-1 winner from that lot but I was digging around and looking at the comments too and Chip96 is a punter in form so I've decided to put faith in his overs bet that pays 20-1 at Marathonbet.
I've also picked out my main Top Treble that's my sensible bet of the day. First up it's Sporting who are just under evens at second-bottom Pacos. AC Milan are in poor form with one win in six but should see off a SPAL side who have lost four in a row away without scoring.
Complete the treble with La Liga shocktroops Granada who travel to Getafe. Granada sit third, between the Madrid giants, after a brilliant start to the season. They also have the third best away record having lost just once and I'm backing them +1.
If Chip's bet wins and mine loses I'll break even on the accas – but two wins would be perfect.

Easy Rogers, have to say I’m not that clued up on UFC. I watch it when the big fights are on or when there’s a weekend of no boxing but primarily I’m a boxing geek! I’ve seen a few videos online of Till training and he’s looking absolutely wham at the minute and as you say that’ll probably translate to him being stronger in the octagon. I think there was a guy on here who regularly posted tips for UFC, possibly Paul123, maybe he might have some input on this.
I’m currently eyeing up markets for an interest in Canelo/Kovalev – I don’t think its one go major on as there’s too many uncertainties but I’m starting to think there could be some good value in backing Kovalev in some way, shape or form. Most people are of the opinion that Canelo is just going to get him out of there with a prolonged assault to the body but what if he can’t get inside? What if he cant push Kovalev back? Interesting.
Kovalevs jab is like a guided missile, like you say bully can Canelo get on the inside, it’s hard to find value in these fights and I may well leave it alone and just enjoy as a fan rather than punter, having looked at the odds and with the Yarde fight in mind and the trouble he caused Kovalev on a few rounds I like the following
