THE Old Firm have a break from the rigours of the title race as they attempt to reach the Final of the Co-operative Cup this weekend.

Celtic should beat Aberdeen and Rangers can set up a second Old Firm cup clash of the season by taking care of Motherwell.

An Old Firm final pays just 1-3 with William Hill and McBookie.com.

Celtic are a best 4-9 with William Hill to beat the Dons in 90 minutes and 5-4 to lift the Cup.

To qualify for the Final they are 1-6 while the Dons are 15-2 (Coral) to win in 90 minutes and 7-2 to progress.

You can also have Dons at a tempting 5-6 with Stan James plus two goals as Celts could again win by one.

Anthony Stokes has bagged seven goals in his last four outings against the Dons and is 8-11 with William Hill to score, 3-1 first and 19-20 to net in a Celtic win.

Dons midfielder Paul Hartley has scored in every round this season and is 20-1 with Hills to net first and 7-1 at any time.

New signing Kris Commons is likely to start from the bench and is 7-1 with McBookie.com to score first or last. To net at any time he is 6-4 and 16-1 to bag the winner.

Rangers take over Hampden tomorrow and are a stand-out 8-15 with Hills to win in 90 minutes.

They have won the last two meetings 4-1 and a third pays 16-1 at Hills. On-loan Man City winger Vladimir Weiss has scored in both games against Well this season and is 5-4 to net and 5-1 with Hills to strike first.

In the SPL take Dundee United at home to Hibs and look at draws at Hamilton v Killie and Hearts v St Johnstone.

In the SFL the best bets are Queen of the South at Stirling, Dundee away to Cowdenbeath and Ayr and Livingston at home.
