Austria vs Scotland – over 2.5 goals
After defeating minnows Moldova 0-2 away from home, Austria were then thrashed 5-2 by Israel. That now leaves Austria three points behind Israel who currently sit in the play-off position and one point behind opponents Scotland.
Austria have scored nine goals so far in the group, only failing to score against leaders Denmark. They’ve conceded twelve goals though, only keeping a clean sheet against Moldova.
After being defeated by Denmark 2-0 in Copenhagen, Scotland bounced back my narrowly defeating Moldova 1-0. Scotland have scored eight goals so far in the group with only Denmark shutting them out. Scotland have conceded five goals in their three games against the top four sides in the group.
Bosnia to score 2+
Bosnia collected a mighty impressive point away to the World Champions France last time out in their own backyard. Even though they currently lie in 4th spot, Bosnia could leap into second with a win.
In Bosnia’s last qualifying campaign for Euro 2020, only European Champions Italy stopped Bosnia from scoring at home, in their four other games, Bosnia scored thirteen goals scoring 2+ in all four.
After back to back draws with Ukraine, Kazakhstan were then defeated 1-0 away to Finland last time out. Kazakhstan are yet to keep a clean sheet in their four group games conceding six times.
Kazakhstan have conceded in eleven of their last twelve competitive matches on their travels, with only lowly Lithuania failing to score against them.
Denmark to score 2+
Victories over Scotland (2-0) and Faroe Islands (0-1) made it five wins from five in the group for Denmark. Impressively, the Danes have kept clean sheets in all five victories in the group so far.
Denmark have been in fine goal scoring form in the group banging in seventeen goals. In Denmark’s two home games, they scored two against Scotland and eight against Moldova.
Israel come into this in fine goalscoring form defeating the Faroe Islands 0-4 and most recently Austria 5-2.
That win over the Faroes is Israel’s only clean sheet so far. As mentioned they conceded two at home to Austria and to Denmark in the corresponding fixture. Even lowly Moldova managed to breach Israel’s backline.
Holland to score 2+
Louis Van Gaal’s third spell as Dutch coach began with a 1-1 draw in Norway before comfortably defeating Montenegro 4-0 at home.
Holland have been in fine goalscoring form in the group scoring an impressive sixteen goals. Holland have scored 2+ in four of their five group games including the reverse fixture against Turkey.
After winning their first two games 4-2 and 0-3 against the Dutch and Norway, things have went rather downhill for the Turks. After drawing 3-3 at home to lowly Latvia, Turkey had a disastrous Euro 2020 losing all three games and conceding eight goals.
In Turkeys last eight competitive matches, Turkey have conceded fifteen goals. In five of those matches, Turkey have conceded 2+ goals.
