Arsenal have still lifted just one trophy since Mikel Arteta too charge but they have a chance to reach the EFL Cup semi-finals tonight when Crystal Palace come calling.
It has been a disappointing week for the Eagles after following up a disappointing draw with KuPS in the Conference League with a 4-1 thrashing by Leeds.
So it's hard to see Oliver Glasner's men springing a cup shock against a Gunners side leading the way in the Premier League title race.
Arsenal vs Crystal Palace top betting tips
Palace's lack of squad depth is starting to bite during the busy festive schedule and it's no surprise to see them as 11/2 outsiders tonight.
The Gunners are 4/7 favourites but it will be interesting to see how strong Arteta goes for this cup tie as the Premier League and Champions League are the top priorities this season.
He will probably make a few changes so I'm going for an Arsenal win with under 3.5 goals, which pays 5/4 at Betway.
Eberechi Eze was rested on Saturday but should return to face his old club tonight. The playmaker scored the winner against Palace in the league and is 7/4 at Bet365 to hurt them again. I'm more drawn to the assist, which pays 3/1 at the same firm.
Senegal vs Botswana
Senegal have a squad capable of going all the way at the Africa Cup of Nations and should have little trouble seeing off Botawana in their opener today.
This is just the second time Botswana have played at the finals and they lost all of their group games on their last appearance.
So it's easy to see why Senegal are 1/5 shots and even a win to nil only pays a best 7/10 at BetVictor.
The player markets offer a bit more value and Bayern Munich's Nicolas Jackson looks good at 5/4 with SkyBet for anytime scorer.
The striker has scored four times in his last five international appearances and should get a few sights of goal against limited opposition.
Nigeria vs Tanzania
Nigeria also have plenty of talent in their ranks and the Super Eagles will be out to make a flying start to AFCON when they take on Tanzania.
After the pain on missing out on qualifying for the World Cup, the Nigerians have a point to prove at these finals.
Tanzania have never progressed beyond the group stage at AFCON and they're as big as 8/1 with some bookies for their opener.
Nigeria are 4/9 with most firms but backing them for a win to nil pays a decent 23/20 at William Hill.
The Super Eagles boast the best striker at this tournament in Victor Osimhen and it's hard to see Tanzania coping with the Galatasaray star.
I thought Osimhen would be odds-on for a goal but he's 11/10 at Bet365 and that looks well worth a punt.
