Our Goals Acca Tips are based on statistical analysis of recent performances.

Napoli to score 2+

Napoli need to overturn a two goal deficit is they're to porgress at the expense of Granada. The Spaniards, who have won just eight games in La Liga, pulled off a surprising 2-0 win despite Rino Gattuso's side enjoying the lion's share of the game.

It was Napoli's sixth consecutive defeat away from home but they've been much better at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium and have the capability to turn this around. They're a big price at 5/2 to qualify. From a goals perspective backing Napoli to score two or more is worth backing.

Ajax v Lille – Both Teams To Score

Tie of the round is in Amsterdam where top of Eredivisie and top of Ligue 1 meet for their second leg. Ajax nicked a 2-1 lead at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy, scoring twice in the last three minutes after falling behind to a Timo Weah goal in the last 20 minutes.

There's still work to be done for the four-time kings of Europe. Lille need to score at least twice to go through so we can expect them to a lease give it a go which should leave scope for Ajax to counter them on the break.

Hoffenheim v Molde – Over 2.5 Goals

Hoffenheim and Molde shared six goals in a thrilling first leg in Spain. The German side led 3-1 at the break then missed the chance to just about finish off the tie when Dabbur's penalty was saved by Linde. Molde roared back to keep themselves in the tie and earned a 3-3 draw.

It leaves the tie in the balance although Hoffenheim are just 2/7 to win in the 90 minutes. But goals should be on the menu again as it's the only way Molde know how to play. While Bodo Glimt were stealing all the headlines in Norway Molde still managed to score 77 goals in 30 Eliterseiren games last season and carry a goalscoring threat against any opposition and can contribute to the Over 2.5 line.

PSV v Olympiakos – Over 2.5 Goals

Another match which saw six goals last week was played out in Greece where Olympiakos beat PSV 4-2 to set up another intriguing return leg.

PSV's home form at De Kuip is significantly better than away. They've won 10 of 11 at home and that'll give them the confidence to turn this around. Their two away goals could be significant but they'll need to score at least two to qualify.

Olympiakos showed they're no slouched in front of goal either and they average almost 2.5 goals per game domestically. They'll be out to nick another on Thursday which would mean PSV need three.
