THE bookies don’t often get it wrong when it comes to prices but that doesn’t mean they never get it wrong, they most certainly do.
They did last night for my Troyes NAP, should never have been touching 2-1. I feel they have got it wrong again as Aston Villa host basement boy Preston.

Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the prices for this. I backed WBA to beat Preston on Saturday at what I felt was a massive 7-5 on the basis Preston have been rank rotten this season and WBA are flying and sit 3rd in the league.
It's Aston Villa's turn to inflict more misery on the Preston faithful. Expected Villa to be around 4-7 or 8-13 so was really surprised to see them as big as 4/5.
Yes Villa have hardly setting the heather alight this season, too many draws (5) have prevented them from challenging at the top – they've only lost three games as a result though and you have to fancy them against a Preston side who already look like they'll be playing League One football next season. They have lost 5 on the spin, are without a win in 6 and are leaking 2 goals a game.
With home advantage against a team drained of confidence and who are shipping goals for fun I'm taking Villa to get back to winning ways.

There's nothing else I really fancy although there are a number of goal bets I like the look of for small stakes.
There are 7 Championship matches tonight and they are tough to work out for goals but having looked at the teams involved, 8-1 for all 7 to go over 1.5 match goals is a decent price and worth a stake. I'll also be on the Skybet specials at huge odds for loose change.
The UCL youth matches are always good for goals and having looked through this afternoon's games there are a couple of gems that should see plenty goals. The games involving Man City and Bayern Munich look like crackers with all 4 sides involved scoring and conceding. Wouldn’t be surprised to see both go over 3.5 match goals.
