THERE'S EFL Cup action tonight and my advice would be to leave it well alone if you're looking for teams to win.

The reality is most teams will play weakened aides which makes it a betting minefield. Stick with goals – these games are usually laden with them.

Crystal Palace v Ipswich (7.30pm)

Not been the greatest start to the season for Palace, on the other hand it’s been a dream start for the visitors – and boss Mick McCarthy has confirmed he'll make 11 changes. Palace won’t want to be knocked out at home given the start they’ve had.

Norwich v Charlton

Carrow Road is always good for a cup goal and with Charlton coming here is good shape we should see both net.

Greg's goals double

  • Crystal Palace over 1.5 team goals
  • Norwich v Charlton over 2.5 match goals
  • (11-10, William Hill) (NAP)

Greg's over 2.5 goals treble

  • Nice v Napoli
  • Carlisle v Sunderland
  • Watford v Bristol City
  • Pays 7-2

We also have the return of the SPL Development League – goals goals goals, worth keeping an eye out for these as the season progresses.
