TWO matches of interest today. Lens come into this off the back of a terrific 1-0 away win at high-flying Nimes – they are strong at home having won 5 of their last 6 scoring 2 or more in 7 of their last 8.
Sochaux were a huge disappointment on Friday losing 1-0 at home to struggling Quevilly. They are away to an in-form team in Lens who I think will edge this.
The winter break hasn’t impacted NEC’s title charge. Pre-Xmas they won 7-2 and 6-0 two friendly wins of 6-0 and 4-0 in between) and came back to league business on Friday with a 5-1 home thumping of Go ahead Eagles. It’s been a bit of a non-season for Top Oss and NEC should continue their goalscoring exploits here.
Difficult to find value on this game as the bookies are well aware NEC are a team in top form – two small stakes from me.
