ONLY one league that matters on a Friday night and tonight sees a return of French Ligue 2.
Was a terrific league to bet on again last season and will be be my main focus every Friday.
The start of the season is always tough to bet on and it takes a good few weeks to work out where to go and who to back. From what I’ve read there has been a lot of movement this summer with some teams under going complete overhauls.
Probably best keeping stakes small tonight.
Nancy v AS Beziers (7pm)
The hosts welcome newcomers AS Beziers and they’ll be looking to improve on last season's disappointing finish. They really struggled for goals but have kept most of their squad and defensively don’t ship too many goals.
Their price has drifted quite a bit and they are almost evens against a newly-promoted side who on paper have one of the weakest squads in the league.
