The Saint Greg Browning’s Tips: Delve into French goals Friday

NO surprise to hear I’m heading to French Ligue 2 tonight.

The Nimes games being postponed suits me as although I’ve had a great success backing their games for goals, Ajaccio aren’t so good on that front so was torn whether to back it for goals or not.

Bourg v Lorient (7pm)

Been a great few months if you’ve been backing these two for goals – Lorient have seen over 2.5 goals in their last 6 games (4 going over 3.5) – Bourg are looking to make it 8 games on the spin over 2.5 goals. Can’t see them keeping a clean sheet against a good Lorient side – that said, despite their lowly position they do score a fair amount of goals. Taking both to score here leading us to goals.

Clermont v Sochaux (7pm)

This looks the best of the rest for goals – again, both sides scoring and conceding and should see the same again tonight for two teams who can’t keep clean sheets.
