A huge game for both clubs with top 6 football almost in sight for St Mirren, whilst the visitors are right in the mix of a fight to stay in the league.

Jim Goodwin’s St Mirren side looked nailed on for a rare top 6 finish a few weeks ago but a run of 4 consecutive draws has seen the chasing pack close the gap and they are in real danger of missing out.

A 0-0 at Aberdeen was followed by a really disappointing 3 point haul at home to Hamilton, Livingston and Motherwell  (1-1 1-1 1-1) and when you dig a bit deeper they have only won of their last  8 matches

It’s been a hectic February for the Paisley side and they play their 8th match ( two games a week every week) and its starting to take its toll.

In stark contrast, today’s visitors Ross County  have only played 3 matches and come into this fresh off the back of a tremendous 1-0 win over Celtic to take them above fellow relegation threatened Hamilton and Kilmarnock.

It was a massive win for John Hughes’s side -they’ve already beaten Aberdeen, Hibs and Celtic during his tenure and with St Mirren running on empty and County in needed of the points there’s a nice angle of the double chance market.

Ross County look far too big at 19/20 double chance. It’s huge a price against a tired side and side who are struggling to win games – they are more than capable of coming here and  getting at least a draw.

Recommended bet:

  • Ross County Double Chance 19/20 (William Hill)

Serie B had been a happy hunting ground for my members channel and there are 6 games kicking off at 1pm.

All 6 over 1.5 goals worth backing at 7/1
