CELTIC should return to the top of the SPL tonight by avoiding defeat at Inverness.
The Hoops are one point behind Rangers with a game in a hand so can afford to draw one of their final four games and still lift the title thanks to their better goal difference.
However, after a thumping 4-1 win against Dundee United I'm sure Neil Lennon will be targeting another three points.
As we approach the run-in the Old Firm are showing no sign of nerves and between them hammered nine goals past the opposition at the weekend with Rangers mauling Motherwell 5-0.
Inverness has traditionally been a tough place for Celtic to visit and in their last eight trips they haven’t won by more than a single goal.
However, I can see them breaking that trend tonight and fancy Celtic minus one at 3-4 with Hills.
Inverness are 12-5 plus one and 17-20 plus two with Celtic 2-1 minus two.
In six of those eight clashes both teams have scored. Hills go 1-1 they both net tonight and 8-11 no.
Just to win Celtic are a best 1-3 with Ladbrokes with ICT 11-1 at Chandler and the draw 9-2 with Paddy Power and Chandler.
Kris Commons has banged in five goals in his last five starts and is 6-5 with Hills to score at any time and 9-2 to break the deadlock.
The former Derby man, the likely penalty taker, is 5-1 to net two or more. On Celtic’s last trip to Caledonian Stadium they conceded first before fighting back to win 2-1.
ICT are 3-1 with Hills to score first tonight with Celtic 1-4. The home side are 10-1 to be leading at half-time and not win with Celtic 14-1.
And to come from behind and win Celtic are 13-2. Victory will see Celtic’s outright odds slashed. They are 2-5 with most firms while Rangers are 2-1 at Stan James.
It’s advantage Celtic at the moment and I can’t see it going back to deuce tonight.
