Lady luck wasn't on our side tonight as Hibs laboured to a 2-1 against Alloa but I'm hoping to get back to winning ways on Wednesday.
Fulham vs Brighton (Wednesday, 20:00)
Fulham will be buoyed by Sunday's 1-1 draw at home to Liverpool and they will be looking to continue their gradual improvement when they play host to Brighton on Wednesday night.
Scott Parker's side have finally found their feet in the Premier League and a win against the Seagulls would see the Cottagers climb out of the bottom-three.
Graham Potter's possession-based style of play has earned Brighton plenty of plaudits but they have little to show for it after amassing just 20 points from a possible 36 so far.
Last time out Albion were blown away by Leicester as a first-half goal blitz secured a 3-0 win for the Foxes.
This looks like a tricky fixture to tackle from a betting perspective, therefore I'm once again going to head to the Bet 365's Bet Builder market to put together a same game multiple.
The combination that I like the look of for this capital clash is over one match goal and each team to collect over zero cards, a 21/20 shot with Bet 365.
Nine of the Seagulls 12 top-flight tussles this term have ended with both teams getting on the scoreboard and five of their six away matches have featured three or more strikes.
Fulham, meanwhile, have rewarded BTTS backers in five of their last eight league games and it's worth noting that the Londoners have notched in each of their last four matches on home turf.
With that in mind, I'm happy to add over one match goal to the recommended Bet Builder, but I'll also back both teams to pick up at least one booking in this basement battle.
Both of these sides currently occupy a place in the top-five of the fairplay standings and a fiery fixture could be in-store in what may prove to be an early-season relegation six-pointer.
