MY Saturday treble landed for the fourth time last weekend – so that's a 50 per cent hit rate at odds of no shorter than 15-4.

The ROI is huge and last week's selections – Swindon, Mansfield and Hamilton – gave us a nice 5-1 winner.

I'm hoping to make it five out of nine this weekend and start in League Two with second-placed Fleetwood at home to Exeter.

At this stage it looks a two-way title fight between leaders Chesterfield and Graham Alexander's Fleetwood.

Both are in great form and Fleetwood should another three points when Exeter pay a visit.

Fleetwood have won three out of four in front of their fans and scored more at home than any side in England except Coventry – and they've been flitted out to Northampton.

They have won their last four and face an Exeter outfit with just one win on the road in the last eight.

Top-of-the-league QPR can keep up their strong form with another victory over stumbling Middlesbrough at Loftus Road.

Next I'm on a QPR side who have started life in the Championship with 20 points from a possible 24.

The title favourites are yet to lose this season and have won three out of four at home – three of them by 1-0.

At the start of the season it was Daniel Sturridge and 1-0 Liverpool and now it's Charlie Austin and 1-0 QPR – with the Londoners missing the injured Bobby Zamora and Andy Johnson.

Harry Redknapp was so concerned at his side's lack of goals – just eight in eight games – he's gone out and signed former Uruguay Javier Chevanton.

However, just two have been conceded. Middlesbrough are next to try to breach the Loftus Road fortress and to be fair to Tony Mowbray his men have been in the goals with 10 in their last six, including two from new signing Kei Kamara.

But they've conceded in each of those games too and have won just once in their last six. I expect Rangers to win.

Complete the treble with Burnley who are at home to struggling Charlton. It's no surprise to see QPR sitting top but it's a shock to have Burnley lying second, especially after losing Austin.

But the likes of Danny Ings has stepped up to the plate and they've lost just one of their first eight.

Charlton on the other hand have made a terrible start with just one win and hit rock bottom last Saturday when they crashed 1-0 at home to fierce rivals Millwall.

This treble paid 13-2 when posted on Friday afternoon – by the evening it had been cut to 5-1.

Remember to post your own treble as a comment at the end of this article for a chance to win a £10 free bet with Betway. Win-draw-win singles only and you must quote odds.

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

stuart, that is of course possible and I posted it earlier than usual. Also the enhanced treble has come in 4 out of 8 weeks so about £350 profit for anyone who backed them all to £20 stakes. Maybe they’re running scared now.

I’m in a rather crazy mood right now, so here goes:

Atletico Madrid – I know you backed Real Madrid in your Eurpoean article but they haven’t been convincing me of late, and if it wasn’t for Ronaldo I think they would be struggling. Atletico did some good business in the summer, and look to have a really solid team – a team that barca couldn’t beat over two legs. Couldn’t resist the odds.

Zulte Waragem – To all rights, this game is a stick-on draw. But Waragem are one of my favourite teams and I have to go for them. They won so many away games last season that they weren’t expected to win, and I’m backing them to do it again here.

Bordeaux – I thought I’d keep in line with the large odds. Bordeaux have showed encouraging signs over the last couple of games, and I think they will finally pick up a win here. Evian are nothing special, and it’s a good opportunity for Bordeaux to pick up three points.
