LIVERPOOL are sitting pretty as the only team in the Premier League with a 100 per cent record and it will tested at Swansea tonight (8pm).

Brendan Rodgers returns to the Liberty Stadium to face his former club and the Reds are no bigger than 5-4 at BetVictor to make it four straight victories – for the first time at the start of a Premier League season.

The Swans are 12-5 with Stan James and it’s 5-2 with bet365 for the spoils to be shared, just as they were in the corresponding fixture last season in a game that ended goalless.

Rodgers’ side smashed the Swans 5-0 last February but the Welsh were weakened that day as they prepared for the Capital One Cup Final.

Liverpool have won all of their games 1-0 with Daniel Sturridge scoring but surely that run will end sometime soon.

Sturridge missed both of England’s World Cup qualifiers through injury but Liverpool are hopeful their in-form frontman will make it and if he does he'll be well backed at 6-1 with BetVictor to open the scoring. Another 1-0 pays 8-1 at William Hill.

Swansea started the season sluggishly but were convincing winners at West Brom last time out and that should have lifted confidence. And with the likes of Wilfried Bony and Michu in their line-up they are capable of testing any defence.

Liverpool have of course yet to concede in the league but I can see Swansea breaching their backline and a 1-1 draw at 5-1 with Titanbet is a possibility.

Both teams to score worth a shout .
Both teams will take chances and with striking power in Hernandez , Michu and Bony The swans can def slip one in the onion sack ..
Meeting last season was 0-0 draw with I felt Liverpool making slightly more chances ..
Draw or Away win for me ..
Will decide when see team news

    Swansea vs Liverpool.

I can see this being a high scoring match so go for over 3.5 goals 11/4 @ Skybet.

Alex just cant see another 1-0. Swansea have more than enough to score and it’s inevitable that Liverpool will concede at some point this season…lol

Ay Ben what makes you so sure Liverpool will tonight ? isit because they’ve Won 3 out of 3 without concededing ? or because they Won 5-0 vs the Swans at Anfield or because it’s Brendan Rodgers old stomping ground where since he’s taken over Liverpool have failed to score at?

liverpool only won 5-0 last season as Swansea rested most their team for cup final the wknd after so that results irrelevant

I’m going with 1-0 Liverpool and as a back up 1-1 draw looks the most likely outcome here, but then I said that when they played villa then Man U

    Value bet tonight
First bets since my 2 from 3 in my super value singles bets I posted on Saturday, got my QPR to win to nil @ 11/8 and Blackpool away win @ 21/10 the 2-2 draw for Oxford away to chelteham prevented my full house after backing Oxford at 6/4
I for one will not be backing a Liverpool to win tonight, true they have max points from 3 games but each of these games they were very fortunate to win as the stats in each suggested they could easily have all ended in a draw,Swanseas 2 defeats this season have come against united a game where both teams had an equal amount of chances and possession and the 4-1 scoreline looked a bit harsh and a 1-0 defeat away to spurs via a penalty.
Swansea have met Liverpool 5 times since gaining promotion 2 seasons ago, losing 5-0 last February at Anfield after fielding a team of reserves before the capital one cup final, swansea were undefeated in the previous 4 meetings with the scousers, both games at the liberty resulted in a 1-0 win and a 0-0 draw and like MrF I too fancy the unders.
Liverpool have only scored 3 goals from 3 games this term, all 3 coming from sturridge,if he is indeed missing Liverpool will struggle for a goal.Liverpool look a little weak on the goal front but Swansea with the likes of Bony,Michu, pablo and routledge look to be a threat for anyone including an average Liverpool team in a false position in the table.
The 23/10 for a home win looks too big to ignore but me being a coward ill side with the 5/4 Swansea draw no bet.

Sean, talking of Blackpool and price cuts. What are they doing at over evens at Millwall tomorrow?

    • Avatar of Sean Ireland
      Sean Ireland 11 years ago

Mr F id already noticed blackpools price last night @ 7/5 and in my excitement placed a bet on them without looking into any reasoning as to why they were so big, couldnt believe it and can only assume half the team must be suffering with a dose of the skits after a dodgey curry at the weekend :)

    • Avatar of Sean Ireland
      Sean Ireland 11 years ago

Another team way overpriced for tomorrow are DERBY away to a terrible Bolton @ a massive 15/8!!!Bolton have only scored 3 and conceded 11 and sit joint bottom on 2 points. Derby have been banging the goals in on their travels so far winning 5-1 at millwall at the weekend and winning 3-0 at Yeovil and 2-1 at Brighton, could they be your super single tomorrow Mr F????

Sean ireland liverpool are better than a average team. Plus what does that make man u. This will be a close game but a game liverpool can win. Plus i would take another 35 1 nils al season

    • Avatar of Sean Ireland
      Sean Ireland 11 years ago

Alex that’s the difference between a man u supporter and a Liverpool one,it takes more than a 1-0 victory in a couple of games for us to consider ourselves a success, think Man U’s multiple titles and cups in the past 20 years puts them a cut above an AVERAGE Liverpool team :)
