TWO out of three last week wasn't quite enough to return a profit but I'm sure I wasn't the only one who was out of pocket after a 0-0 draw between Chelsea and Arsenal.

Let's nope for better luck this time around.

Rotherham v Oldham – Over 2.5 Goals

Mid-table Rotherham host bottom of the table Oldham and I'm banking on goals in this one. Nine of the Millers' 12 points have come at home and they've scored 13 goals in their four matches at the New York Stadium. Kieffer Moore and Lee Frecklington who have nine goals between them should be fit for the home side.

Despite being bottom of the table Oldham have scored 11 goals – more than any other side in the bottom nine – and have found the net in all but two of their eight games so far. John Sheridan won't have star striker Eion Doyle to call on but he reckons his team are improving. If you're looking for an outsider 4/1 on Oldham could be one for your longshot list but I'll be happy if they hit the net to bring in the over 2.5 match goals.

QPR to score 2+

QPR have never beaten Burton Albion but that could all change at Loftus Road on Saturday. Rangers have enjoyed their home comforts so far this season taking 10 points from 12 on their own turf and scoring two each of their four matches.

Burton have taken just one point on the road; a 0-0 draw at Norwich. Outside of that they've conceded 11 in their other games away from home. They'll also have had little time to recover from an energy-sapping defeat at Old Trafford in midweek.

Back QPR to keep up their record of scoring 2 or more at home.

Leicester v Liverpool – Over 2.5 Goals

No team in the Premier League have had more shots on target than Liverpool but their poor conversion rate must be a worry for Jurgen Klopp. Their 40 shots on target have yielded just nine goals (four of which came against Arsenal) but I'd rather be onside with a team creating chances than one that isn't.

Leicester haven't been particularly prolific either. Since their opening day three goal haul at the Emirates they've only added added another four to leave themselves languishing in 15th place but the rested Jamie Vardy makes his return after sitting out midweek.

Pressure is mounting on Jurgen Klopp and he desperately needs a win after the Foxes knocked the Reds out of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday. That match was the first in four that hasn't seen over 2.5 goals in this fixture.

I'm expecting Liverpool to hit the goals trail and for Leicester to score which should help us on the way to over 2.5 goals in this one.

Other Fancies

Everton to score 2+: On the face of it the Toffees have made an awful start to the season but they've had to play Man Utd (1st), Man City (2nd), Chelsea (3rd) and Spurs (5th). Things took a turn for the better in midweek with a 3-0 win over Sunderland and they can boost their recovery further with a couple of goals against Bournemouth.

Peterborough v Wigan  BTTS: Two of League One's top scorers meet in this one and unsurprising both sides top the Shots On Target table for the division too. There should be goal on either side.
