I WAS in the Daily Record office this morning and one thing I did was check all this week's Line of the Week and Unlucky Line of the Week entries.
What surprised me was the number of entries that featured wins on the result and both teams to score market – and even more near missed.
Now site regulars will know I'm not a big fans of this market but have put up some tips now and again. For me each single needs three occurences – a team to win, to score at least two goals and conceded.
So in reality a treble is a 27-fold but there is no getting away from the fact it's become popular bet because you can throw some change at it in the hope of winning hundreds.
The punter I chose for Unlucky Line of the Week for example put just £2 on a Champions League fivefold and was beaten for more than £800 by Bayer Leverkusen not scoring.
His effort inspired me to spend a pound when I walked past a William Hill shop – and the £1 fourfold results more than £800.
Now these are not going up as tips, just an illustration if you're going to try this market you don't need to play for big stakes.
My fourfold pays over 800-1 and you could easily do trebles and fourfolds. In fact my preferred bet would be picking five and perming any 3, 4 and all 5 (16 bets at 30p). One treble would give you a return in the region of £45 depending on the prices.
Anyone here's what my £1 is on: Lyon (4-1), Freiburg (6-1, Bordeaux (9-2), Esbjerg (3-1).

Re the £1 gamble on score and win. Got 2 out of 4 with the double paying 27-1. Even doing a Yankee would have given a 5-2 return so it’s worth a look on the perms.

Hughie, Leverkusen would have done a few, heard they cost someone £10k to a tenner on this market. Not the one people would have expected to be a letdown especially when the likes of Plzen and Copenhagen scored.

I did a pound last night on Paris, juve, m city and real returned £68 ! Stuck £1 on Zulte waregem , Dnipro and elfsborg. Just a bit of fun for me as I don’t like this cup but returns a massive £236.25 !
This score and win is a good bet. Ladbrokes do the Result Rush, where you can even do both teams to score and the draw. The others are Score and win at William Hill, then there is Winning Ways at Corals.Then there is the Golden Coulored coupon at Bet Fred. The william Hill Coupon and the Bet Fred coupon i have found to be at best odds than the Corals coupon and the Ladbrokes coupon. All available in betting shops.

With Necastle recently finding some form with wins against Norwich,chelsea and spurs i fancy them to win but i also fancy West brom to put up a fight and score as they have recently in scoring 2 goals in games away to chelsea, man united and aston villa and finding the net against arsenal and Liverpool
City and United both failed away to cardiff conceding 3 goals and 2 goals respectivly as was said after the recent game against United Cardiff give it thier all to the very end so i fancy them to score against Arsenal but i dont expect them to win,they will come up short against a high flying Arsenal wo have only been beaten once this season away to Man United
Plenty of goals for and against for both York and Rochdale this season, york who sit 4th from bottom of lg 2 have scored 23 and conceded 27 whilst Rochdale who sit 4th from top but just 1 point from top spot have scored 28 goals and conceded 25.
Can easily see York who regularly find the net scoring but not winning with a record of just 1 win in last 8 games.
£10 treble on above would return a very tasty £503.75
