View our expert's Goals Accumulator Tips & Predictions for Saturday which includes teams to score 2+ goals a Both Teams to Score tip.

Our Goals Acca Tips are based on statistical analysis of recent performances.

Dunfermline v Partick Thistle – Both Teams to Score

The Championship in Scotland served up a whipping 20 goals in five matches on the opening weekend and these two sides' matches contributed 9 of them.

Dunfermline were surprising held to a draw at Morton after being widey supported by punters to win, but they did score two to add to the 13 they scored in four Premier Sports Cup matches.

Thistle's Brian Graham has started the season on fire with six goals in his four appearances so far. He weighed in with another two in the Jags 3-2 home win over Queen of the South last week and will be the key dangerman on Saturday.

If both teams keep up their scoring form they should both find the net at East End Park.

Hamilton to score 2+

Hamilton's Jekyll and Hyde performance was the most extraordinary in the SPFL last weekend. 4-0 down with just over 20 minutes to go they fought back to claim a point in a 4-4 draw.

The Accies struggled for goals in the Premier Sports Cup so hopefully last week's comeback will give them some confidence in front of goal.

Opponents Morton will have been happy with their point last week, especially scoring two goals in the process. If they can find their route to goal on Saturday, Accies will need to score twice and that's hopefully how things will unfold.

Montrose to score 2+

A 3-0 win at Airdrieonians for Montrose was arguably the best result of the SPFL last weekend. Despite working with limited resources, Stewart Petrie always seems to get the best out of the Gable Endies and they'll believe they can make it two wins from two with a victory at home against Clyde.

The Bully Wee's opening match didn't go to plan. A 3-0 loss to fellow relegation contenders has put them on the back foot right away and the Cumbernauld side could be in for a long season.

Montrose have scored two or more in four of their last five meetings with Clyde.

Ipswich to Score 2+

Ipswich have been widely tipped to win League One, if not to be promoted at least. The Tractor Boys have added some strength at the back as well increasing their attacking options up front.

They host Morecambe in the opening weekend of League One at Portman Road and should start with a win at 8/11 (Marathonbet). The Shrimps over-acheieved to gain promotion last season but boss Derek Adams has left for pastures new as have several of their successful squad so they could find things tough at this level.

Expect both sides to be at opposite ends of the table come the end of the season and take ipswich to start with a couple of goals.
