It’s derby day in Manchester on Super Sunday as Manchester United welcome Manchester City to Old Trafford in the Premier League.
Manchester City have been far from convincing under Enzo Maresca, but the Italian has made it three wins from three in the Premier League.
The latest of those came in a narrow 1-0 victory at home to newly-promoted Coventry City last weekend, with a trademark header from Erling Haaland enough to secure all three points.
The Cityzens followed that win up in midweek by going to the Dragao and defeating reigning Primeira Liga champions Porto in their Champions League opener.
Manchester United also made a winning start in the league phase of the Champions League in midweek, as they defeated debutants Sabah FK 4-0.
However, Michael Carrick’s men have endured a stuttering start to their Premier League campaign, as they have picked up just four points from a possible nine (W1-D1-L1).
The Red Devils were on course to pick up all three points in Merseyside last Sunday, but a stunning stoppage-time strike from Ainsley Maitland-Niles secured a 2-2 draw for Everton – on an afternoon I landed a 10/11 winner.
