Wilfried Nancy is finally off the mark as Celtic boss and will be looking to make it back-to-back wins in the SPFL Premiership when his side take on rock-bottom Livingston at Almondvale.
Some fans wanted Nancy to be sacked after kicking off his reign with a nightmare run of four successive defeats in all competitions.
And it looked like Lady Luck had deserted the Frenchman when 10-man Aberdeen levelled at Parkhead on Sunday when the Hoops should have been at least three goals ahead.
But two late goals earned a 3-1 win, with two bets landing for me, as Nancy earned some breathing space heading into a run of games that could make or break Celtic's season.
The second Old Firm match of the season is looming on the horizon but first the Hoops need to negotiate a couple of away games.
They've slipped up plenty of times on Livingston's plastic pitch but the Lions are in dismal form and sit bottom of the pile after winning just one of their 17 Premiership.
All hope is not yet lost, though, with Kilmarnock and Dundee still just three and four points ahead of Livi, who also have a game in hand.
David Martindale's brand of direct football could also cause Nancy's fragile defence problems, with Dundee United and St Mirren beating Celtic using the same kind of tactics.
How the bookies view it: Livi written off
With Livingston in such dreadful form, they're as big as 15/2 with Bet365, which looks a bit on the generous side given Celtic's struggles under Nancy. The Hoops are just 2/5 at William Hill while the draw pays 4/1 with most firms.
Recent head to head: Lions have lost their bite
Celtic have won their last nine games against Livingston but the Lions were something of a bogey team before that. In the 11 prior meetings, the Hoops collected just three victories.
Players to watch: Numbers game for Nygren
Benjamin Nygren still splits opinion in the Celtic support but the Swede's numbers can't be argued with. The midfielder has seven goals and five assists this term, including the opener against Aberdeen last weekend. He's 13/8 at SkyBet for anytime scorer and evens at Coral for over 1.5 strikes on target.
Robbie Muirhead is the kind of physical striker who could unsettle Celtic's three-man defence. He's 10/3 at Bet365 for a goal and 9/4 to score or assist.

Probable line-ups
Reo Hatate was a surprise omission from Celtic's squad against Aberdeen and it remains to be seen if he will return for this game. Key players Cameron Carter-Vickers, Alistair Johnston, Kelechi Iheanacho, Jota and Marcello Saracchi remain out.
Livingston have Ryan McGowan back from a ban but Cammy Kerr, Aidan Denholm, Adam Montgomery and Shane Blaney are set to miss out.
Livingston: Prior, Finldayson, Sylla, Wilson, McGowan, Pittman, Montano, Brenet, Muirhead, Bokila, Yengi.
Celtic: Schmeichel, Ralston, Trusty, Tierney, McGregor, Engels, Nygren, Yang, Maeda, McCowan, Kenny.
Anything else catch the eye?
Celtic played some lovely stuff against Aberdeen but still conceded against a team reduced to 10 men. Livi's direct football could get some joy so I fancy BTTS and over 2.5 goals, a bet that has come up for me in Celtic's last two games. It pays 11/10 with Bet365 here.
The pitch at Livingston is quite tight and that could lead to plenty of corners, especially with Martindale likely to play for set-pieces. Over 10.5 corners pays evens at BetMGM while adding on just one more corner boosts the price to 11/8 at Betfred.
Livingston will try to knock the champions off their stride so backing some of their players for cards could pay off. Bet365 price Livingston -1 in the card handicap at a tempting 11/8 while midfielder Scott Pittman is 7/2 to go into the book.
