It may well take something special to separate these two sides with Burnley back to being difficult to break down and Silva's side showing solidity in securing seven clean sheets from their last nine fixtures. Everton's erratic away form continued last weekend when they played out a lifeless 0-0 draw in London against Crystal Palace. As brilliant as Burnley were at Stamford Bridge in securing survival, the Lancashire sides only triumphs away from Turf Moor this season have come against three of the league's bottom four. Be that as it may Burnley will be dogged and well-organised and should make this a difficult night for Silva's side.
As such the 8/13 (bet365) on offer for a home win seems a little too short to me, however I do think Everton can edge this encounter and continue their good form at Goodison Park.
