Algeria are looking to continue their impressive showings at the AFCON when they face Equatorial Guinea in their final Group E fixture.
The North Africans have a perfect record in this year's competition, while Nzalang Nacional are seeking their first win in the group.
Equatorial Guinea are coming off a 1-0 defeat to Sudan in their previous Group E fixture. They were a bit wasteful in attack and were punished with a second-half own goal from Saul Coco.
Nzalang Nacional have now lost their two matches in Morocco, having suffered a 2-1 defeat to Burkina Faso in their opening fixture. The only chance to qualify for Juan Micha’s team is to win on Wednesday and secure one of the spots for the best third-placed teams.
In contrast to Equatorial Guinea’s struggles, Algeria have impressed at the AFCON. They come into this clash off the back of a 1-0 victory over Burkina Faso, thanks to Riyad Mahrez’s first-half penalty.
That was the second win in the group for Algeria following the 3-0 victory over Sudan in their opening fixture. Vladimir Petkovic's team sit three points clear at the top of the standings and have already qualified for the knockout phase.
