England Under 21s vs Germany Under 21s Prediction and Betting Tips

ENGLAND and Germany clashes are always worth watching and their Under 21s do battle on Wednesday in the Euros Finals.

And it's the Three Lions kids who carry all the momentum going into the last group game.

Lee Carsley's side have looked like they have barely had to get out of second gear as they eased past Czech Republic and Israel both with 2-0 wins.

They have already qualified and won the group and it will be interesting whether Carlsey selects his strongest team against their old rivals or rotates to keep his big guns fresh for the quarter-finals.

Germany appear to be in disarray at every level. National manager Hansi Flick is under serious pressure amid calls for him to be sacked before they host the Euros next year.

But they have fared little better at Under 21s stage.

Antonio Di Salvo's side came into the tournament as one of the favourites, but a dismal draw against ten-man Israel was followed by a shock defeat to the Czechs to leave them on the brink of an early exit.

They now must beat the English in Batumi and hope Israel can beat the Czechs in the other game. A draw for the Czechs wouldn't be enough for the Germans. And even then, they would have to better the Israeli goal difference.

Youssoufa Moukoko missed a penalty against Israel and didn't feature against the Czechs due to injury, but the Borussia Dortmund starlet is expected to be fit to face England and is 6/4 to score anytime on Wednesday with bet365.

Anything else catch the eye?

England look a decent price here against a German side who have offered up very little so far and appear to have been handed too much respect here by the layers.

It's hard to see any England team not going full pelt against the Germans and they have easily dispatched the Czech Republic and Israel, who have both caused the Germans no end of problems.

England have yet to concede a goal here, but with Germany having to go for it, there really should be goals at both ends here. A speculative 23/2 punt with UniBet on both teams to score in both halves could be worth a go.
