Denmark will look to maintain their position at the top of Group C as they welcome group whipping boys Belarus to the Parken on Saturday night.
Denmark began their World Cup qualifying campaign with a goalless draw at home to Scotland, but have since gone on to win each of their next three qualifiers.
Brian Riemer’s men defeated both Greece and Belarus away from home by a combined score of 9-0, before a 3-1 win at home to the Greeks last time out means they sit above Scotland in the Group C table on goal difference.
De-Rod-Hvide travel to Hampden in their final qualifier on Tuesday night in what appears to be a winner-takes-all clash, so they can ill afford to drop any points in the Danish capital on Saturday.
Belarus have endured a nightmare World Cup qualifying campaign as they sit bottom of Group C, failing to pick up a single point from their opening four qualifiers.
Carlos Alos’s visitors have shipped 15 goals across those four defeats, with their stoppage-time consolation at Hampden last time out just the second goal they’ve scored, which meant I had to settle for just the one winner.
How the bookies view it: Denmark clear favourites
Denmark are incredibly short-priced favourites from the bookmakers, with BOYLE Sports quoting a home success at just 1/33.
Belarus are a massive 50/1 with the same firm to leave Copenhagen with a shock victory, whilst a draw is also unfancied at 16/1.
Head to head: Three wins on the spin for the Danes?
Denmark have been victorious in each of their past two meetings with Belarus, including that 0-6 thrashing in the reverse fixture just last month.
Players to watch: Dreyer to deliver again?
Anders Dreyer has had a sensational season with San Diego in the MLS, firing in 22 goals and providing 17 assists in his 37 appearances, including a brace in the playoffs against the Portland Timbers in the early hours of Monday morning.
Dreyer also bagged a brace in the reverse fixture against Belarus last month, and is priced at 5/6 at William Hill to get on the scoresheet once again on Saturday night.
Predicted line-ups:
Denmark will be without striker Yussuf Poulsen who is injured.
Belarus don’t appear to have any new injury or suspension concerns.
Denmark: Schmeichel, Christensen, Andersen, Vestegaard, Maehle, Froholdt, Norgaard, Hjulmand, Isaksen, Eriksen, Hojlund
Belarus: Lapoukhov, Pigas, Parkhomenko, Martynovich, Zabelin, Pechenin, Yablonski, Malashevich, Ebong, Gromyko, Barkovsky
Anything else catch the eye?
With Denmark incredibly short-priced favourites, finding value for this one is tough, with a Home Win & Over 3.5 Goals paying just 4/6 at BOYLE Sports.
Denmark will want to get this game won as early as possible, and the 10/11 on offer at BOYLE Sports for the Danes to Score Over 1.5 Goals in the 1st Half appeals.
Of the 12 goals Denmark have scored in qualification, eight (67%) of those have come in the opening interval for Brian Rieder’s men, including four in the reverse fixture last month.
